摘要: A method for manufacturing a non-woven separator for a lithium secondary battery, includes: (S1) preparing a first solution of β-chitin dissolved in a first solvent and a second solution of vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer (PVDF-TrFE) dissolved in a second solvent; (S2) coaxial electrospinning with the first solution as a core solution and the second solution as a shell solution to produce a non-woven fabric formed of a fiber with a core-shell structure having a core portion of the β-chitin and a shell portion of the vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer; and (S3) performing heat treatment on the non-woven fabric at a temperature lower than a thermal decomposition point of the β-chitin and higher than a melting point of the vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer to melt and recrystallize the vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer.

摘要: A flexible all-solid-state battery including a layer of a solid-state polymer electrolyte arranged between a layer of a separator supporting the solid-state polymer electrolyte and a layer including a negative electrode active material is provided. In the flexible all-solid-state battery, the separator may include a woven fabric, a knit, or a non-woven cloth of an inorganic fiber or a polymeric fiber of 1 g/m2 to 70 g/m2 with a thickness in a range from 1 μm to 100 μm, an oxide ceramic particle layer including oxide ceramic particles with a particle size from 1 μm to 20 μm at a filling rate in a range from 5% to 60%, or a complex of the woven fabric, the knit, or the non-woven cloth and the oxide ceramic particles.

The electrolytic solution contains a solute and two or more kinds of solvents. The solute contains LiBETA. One of the solvents is propylene carbonate.

摘要: A separator for an electrochemical device, including: a porous polymer substrate having a plurality of pores; and a porous coating layer on at least one surface of the porous polymer substrate, wherein the porous coating layer comprises boehmite particles and a binder polymer, wherein the binder polymer is positioned on at least a part of the surface of the boehmite particles and connects and fixes the boehmite particles with one another. The boehmite particles have an average particle diameter of 2.0 μm to 3.5 μm and a specific surface area of 4.0 m2/g to 4.5 m2/g, and one side of the porous coating layer has a thickness of 2 μm to 10 μm.
