摘要: In some aspects, the techniques described herein relate to a battery pack assembly including a first battery cell group, a second battery cell group, and a multilayered shield disposed along a cell stack axis with the first battery cell group and the second battery cell group. The multilayered shield has an inner layer sandwiched between a first outer layer and a second outer layer. The multilayered shield includes a divider portion disposed axially between the first and second battery cell groups and a folded portion that is folded over the first battery cell group in a first axial direction to axially overlap with an area of the first battery cell group.

摘要: A battery includes a battery cell stack disposed within a housing such that a gap exists between the battery cell stack and an inner surface of the housing. The battery cell stack includes a plurality of battery cells that each include a positive electrode tab and a negative electrode tab electrically coupled to an electrode assembly and extending from the electrode assembly outside of a case. The positive electrode tabs and/or the negative electrode tabs of the plurality of battery cells extend into the gap between the battery cell stack and the inner surface of the housing. A filler material fills the gap and provides a thermally conductive pathway between the positive electrode tabs and/or the negative electrode tabs of the plurality of battery cells and the inner surface of the housing. The filler material includes a thermally conductive particulate component distributed throughout a polymeric matrix component.

Adjacent battery cells are disposed such that the positive electrode tab leads are close to each other, the negative electrode tab leads are close to each other, or the positive electrode tab lead of one adjacent battery cell is close to the negative electrode tab lead of the other adjacent battery cell.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a battery pack including: a plurality of battery cells; a module frame configured to receive the plurality of battery cells; and a partition wall configured to be disposed on at least a portion of a top or bottom of the module frame and to shield at least a portion of the battery cell. According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, even if a spark or flame occurs in a specific battery cell, the battery pack effectively blocks the spread of such a spark or flame to other battery cells, thereby preventing the risk that the entire battery pack is burned down.

The cover is connected to the opening part and closes the opening. At least a partial region of the body part is recessed relative to the opening part to form a recessed zone, a thickness of the recessed zone being less than that of the opening part.

摘要: The battery module includes a plurality of batteries stacked together, and separator disposed between an adjoining two of the plurality of batteries and configured to insulate between the adjoining two of batteries. Separator includes thermal conduction suppressor and position regulator. Thermal conduction suppressor has lower thermal conductivity than position regulator and suppresses thermal conduction between the adjoining two of batteries. Position regulator has higher rigidity than thermal conduction suppressor, has dimension in stacked direction of batteries equal to or greater than dimension of thermal conduction suppressor in stacked direction, and abuts the adjoining two of batteries to regulate a position of each of the adjoining two of batteries in stacked direction.
