    摘要: An acoustic device includes a waterproof vibrating membrane and a magnetic component disposed below the waterproof vibrating membrane. The waterproof vibrating membrane includes a convex portion which protrudes toward a position of the magnetic component, or a concave portion which is recessed opposing to a position of the magnetic component. The magnetic component includes a concave pressure buffering portion corresponding to a shape of the convex portion of the waterproof vibrating membrane wherein the concave pressure buffering portion is recessed toward a side opposing to a side on which the waterproof vibrating membrane is located, or a convex pressure buffering portion corresponding to a shape of the concave portion of the waterproof vibrating membrane wherein the convex pressure buffering portion protrudes toward a side on which the waterproof vibrating membrane is located.

    摘要: An electronic reminder system is described for recording a plurality of different spoken messages on a record medium, which messages are to be played-back at a specific point-of-time for each message.     摘要: A wristwatch equipped with a dialing tone generator employs a low-frequency oscillator as a reference signal oscillator. The reference signal is frequency-divided into first and second frequency-divided signals, the first frequency-divided signal being used to produce a low-frequency tone signal, the second frequency-divided signal being used to produce a high-frequency tone signal. Both these tone signals are rectangular waveforms which are filtered in corresponding low-pass filters, to output first and second sine-wave signals, which are then synthesized with each other to produce a desired dialing tone.

    摘要: An electronic timepiece with voice memory includes an auto start circuit which senses the presence of an input voice and automatically controls the start of recording. Voices inputted from the outside are coded and the coded data is stored in memory. An output means reads out the memory contents and transforms the coded contents into an analog voice signal. When the incoming voice exceeds a predetermined level, the recording means is automatically started by an output from a level detector. Memory is divided into at least two regions. The first region stores coded voice data before the auto-start circuit operates and later coded voice data is recorded in the second region after the autostart circuit operates so that the initial portions of speech are not lost.
