摘要： A timepiece includes: a casing; a light transmission part; a function part; and a glue adhering the light transmission part to the casing. The casing includes: a projection projecting from an inner circumferential surface and extending along a circumferential direction; and a protrusion protruding from the inner circumferential surface and determining a position of the light transmission part. A lateral surface of the light transmission part is adhered to the inner circumferential surface. A peripheral part of a bottom surface of the light transmission part is adhered to a top surface of the projection. An outer circumferential surface of the function part extends along an inner surface of the projection. A space is present in a facing region where the projection faces the function part along the light transmission part. The space is wider in a specific section including the protrusion than in a section different from the specific section.

摘要： The watch comprises a case in which a watch movement is housed, this case being provided with a watch glass supporting a liquid zoom lens for visually magnifying, momentarily, one element of the watch movement which is visible through the watch glass. The liquid lens is formed by an elastic membrane and a first part of a reservoir comprising a transparent liquid. It is switchable between a non-magnifying state where the elastic membrane is substantially planar and a magnifying state where this elastic membrane is curved in response to pressure exerted on the transparent liquid. The watch comprises, in addition, an actuator, provided in order to vary the pressure of the transparent liquid by driving into an elastic wall of a second part of the reservoir, and means for controlling the actuator which can, in one variant, be activated by a user.

摘要： The case is essentially made up of a hollow middle cum glass unit (1), consisting of an integral glass pressing, and of a metal back (10) closing off a cavity (5) defined by the inside surface of the hollow unit, the cavity providing a housing for a movement.In the cavity is mounted a metal ring (15) having a centering flange (16) bearing against the middle portion of the unit. In the space between the ring and the middle portion are inserted a deformable rubber gasket (19) and a metal annulus (18) whose radially outer surface is formed with a bevel (18') in the region nearest the gasket.Screws (20) secure the back (10) to the ring (15) and press it against the annulus (18). On being driven home, the screws wedge the bevel (18') between the gasket and the ring thereby to apply a radial force on the gasket . This force presses the gasket against the middle portion of the unit and prevents it from moving out of the cavity.

摘要： A wristwatch comprises an outer case having a longitudinal retaining bore. A hollow, generally cylindrical plastic seal is disposed in the bore. The seal includes upper and lower portions, the lower portion being of reduced diameter. The upper portion includes a radial notch and an upper recess disposed above the notch. The lower portion includes a radially inwardly projecting flange and a lower recess disposed below the flange. A watch movement includes a collar which is seated on the flange so as to be radially and longitudinally positioned within the seal. A watch face is disposed above the movement and is mounted in the notch. The watch face engages the watch movement to longitudinally retain the watch movement. A crystal is mounted in the upper recess, and a bottom cover is mounted in the lower recess.
