A determination may be made that two users are present within the region. In response to determining that two users are present, a first portion of the data may be mapped to a first user and a second portion of the data may be mapped to a second user. Separate sleep analyses are performed for the first user and the second user.

摘要: Techniques and apparatuses are described that implement a multi-radar system within a device and optimize operation of the multi-radar system. The multi-radar system includes two or more radar circuits located at different positions on the device. The multi-radar system also includes an optimization controller, which controls operational states of the radar circuits. In particular, the optimization controller determines respective operational states of the radar circuits to optimize performance of the multi-radar system under certain constraints. For example, the optimization controller can alter the respective operational states for different radar circuits responsive to detecting various trigger events. In this way, the optimization controller can selectively alter the operational states of the radar circuits for various situations.

摘要: A system for using wireless signals to detect objects of a certain type, such as concealed weapons, leverages the fact that different objects have different resonance characteristics. The system transmits wireless signals of different frequencies, and returns from such signals are measured. The return of a signal from an object at a resonant frequency of the object will be stronger than a return of a signal from the object at a non-resonant frequency. The system analyzes the returns in an effort to determine when a return is sufficiently large to indicate that it was reflected from an object of interest. When an object of interest is detected, the system adjusts a characteristic of the system, such as antenna orientation or pulse shape, based on an estimated location of the object, and then runs a test to confirm the detection of the object, thereby eliminating at least some false positives.

摘要: In recent years, researchers have been focusing on the capabilities of radar-based microwave imaging in detection of concealed objects in sealed packages, through-the-wall imaging approach which faces challenge in suppress unwanted return signals. This disclosure relates a method to detect objects in sealed packages. One or more parameters associated with a conveyor are received to obtain a scan time of a radar. A sequence of scanning is determined between one or more antenna pairs based on corresponding position. A sealed package is scanned in the predetermined sequence to obtain range-time datasets with identifiers. The range-time datasets are processed by virtual antenna-pattern-weighted delay-multiply-and-sum technique based on one or more positions of each virtual antenna to determine one or more object signature images. A trained classification model based on extracted features associated with one or more object signature images.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for direct radio frequency (RF) signal processing for heart rate (HR) monitoring using ultra-wide band (UWB) impulse radar are presented. A radar sensor is able to directly sample a received signal at RF which satisfies the Nyquist sampling rate, preserving a subject's vital sign information in the received signal. The vital sign information can be extracted directly from a raw RF signal and thus down conversion to a complex baseband is not required. The HR monitoring performance from the proposed direct RF signal processing technique provides an improvement in continuous HR monitoring as compared against existing methods using a complex baseband signal and/or other measurement techniques.
