The coil can generate a magnetic field to deform the deformable area toward the bottom wall, causing the deformable area and the bottom wall to cooperatively form an accommodating cavity, the smell sensor can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity.

摘要: The present invention provides a cleaning apparatus for performing gas cleaning in a chamber, comprising: a gas flow path configured to receive a gas in the chamber and send the gas to the chamber; a filter arranged in the gas flow path and configured to adsorb an organic substance in a gas flowing through the gas flow path; a weight measurement device configured to measure a weight of the filter; a humidity detector configured to detect a humidity of a gas in the gas flow path; and a controller configured to control the gas cleaning, wherein the controller is configured to estimate an adsorption state of an organic substance in the filter based on a measurement result of the weight measurement device and a detection result of the humidity detector.

摘要: A method for determining the oxygen surface exchange property of a material in a solid oxide fuel cell. The method begins by first receiving a data stream comprising of continuous weight measurements of the material and time measurements of when the continuous weight measurements of the material are taken. While receiving the data stream an oxygen concentration test is performed which involves: flowing a degradation gas flow onto the cathode material while simultaneously increasing the temperature of the primary gas flow to a set temperature, flowing the degradation gas flow onto the material at the set temperature, stopping the degradation gas flow and starting a primary gas flow at the set temperature, flowing the primary gas flow onto the material at the set temperature, and stopping the primary gas flow and starting a secondary gas flow at the set temperature. This data stream is then displayed analyzing the weight change of the material over time.

摘要: A technique for monitoring and collecting environmental data is provided that supports acquisition and analysis of quality measurements of pollutants by sensors based on different technologies in an integrated manner. The system includes a primary substrate having a plurality of sensor modules, each sensor module configured to couple to a sensor, and a manifold having a plurality of flow hoods, each flow hood disposed on a top surface of a sensor and connected to another flow hood or component in the manifold. In some cases, the sensor modules are gas sensor modules, and the sensor is a gas sensor. The manifold thus provides a closed system through which a fluid sample can flow across a series of gas sensors in an actively controlled manner that enables independent flow control over each individual gas sensor while limiting exposure of the fluid sample to potential sources of contamination.
