摘要: An integral tension test system for a large-tonnage basalt fiber anchor cable includes: a plurality of basalt fiber anchoring bars each comprising a basalt fiber reinforced plastic (BFRP) bundle, a steel strand, a first and a second steel casing pipes, the BFRP bundle including a plurality of BFRPs, and a grating array temperature, stress and vibration sensing optical cables bonded in the BFRP; a vibration table and a reaction frame arranged thereon, wherein the first steel casing pipe of the basalt fiber anchoring bar is located in the reaction frame, the steel strand penetrates one end of the reaction frame to be connected to a center hole jack, and the second steel casing pipe of each basalt fiber anchor cable is located outside the reaction frame to be anchored; and a data acquisition module connected to all of the grating array temperature, stress and vibration sensing optical cables.

摘要: An example material testing system includes: a crosshead configured to be actuated to transfer testing force to a test specimen during a material test; an actuator configured to actuate the crosshead and to apply the testing force to the crosshead; a force sensor configured to measure force applied by the crosshead to the specimen; and a control processor configured to: determine a reference force range based on a first force measurement from the force sensor in response to initiation of movement of the crosshead; and in response to a second force measurement by the force sensor that is outside of the reference force range, controlling the actuator to apply a braking force to the crosshead.

摘要: A method of offset load testing a tubular composite specimen with two pairs of aligned holes and having at least one defect, the method comprising: providing a testing apparatus having a pair of arms including a fixed arm and a mobile arm; securing the pair of arms using a fastener assembly in each of the two pairs of aligned holes; and moving the mobile arm to impart an offset load force to the tubular specimen. One aspect includes a method of offset load testing comprising: providing a testing apparatus having a pair of arms including a fixed arm and a mobile arm; providing a tubular composite specimen with a top portion and a bottom portion; securing the pair of arms to the top and bottom portions of the tubular composite specimen; and moving the mobile arm to impart an offset load force to the tubular composite specimen.

摘要: The invention relates to a test stand comprising a support (19, 25) which is moveably connected to a wall (18, 18′, 18″), a base, a frame (26) of the test stand or another part of the test stand and can be moved on a predetermined path; an actuator (22) which is connected to the support and by means of which the support (19, 25) that can be moved on the predetermined path, two clamping devices (13) respectively comprising a ball joint, wherein one of the two clamping devices (13) is seemed to the support (19, 25) and the other of the two clamping devices (13) is arranged in an axis (10) with the first of the two clamping devices (13), such that a test body (1) is clamped between the two clamping devices (13) on outer surfaces of the test body and can be maintained by the clamping devices (13), and a test force exerted by a test body by moving the support (19, 25) through the first of the two clamping devices (13) acts essentially along the axis (10). The test body is fixed by means of an elastic element (23) in order to limit a rotation of the test body about the axis (10).

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for evaluating physical properties of a thin film specimen and a thin film specimen for a tensile test of the present invention, and according to the present invention, reliability of measured physical properties can be increased, and an abnormal damage of a thin film specimen can be suppressed by analyzing the strain rate of a speckle pattern formed on the thin film specimen by using a digital image correlation analysis scheme during a tensile test of the thin film specimen.
