摘要: A system which evaluates a reliability of piping connections with gaskets is provided. A gasket connection reliability evaluation system includes: a measurement value acquisition unit configured to acquire a measurement value obtained through measurement by a sensor provided in a system including piping connections with gaskets; a simulation unit configured to simulate a behavior of a fluid flowing through the system on the basis of the measurement value and calculate a state quantity relating to the fluid; a loading analysis unit configured to analyze a loading applied to each of the gaskets on the basis of the measurement value and the state quantity and calculate a connection index of the gasket; a fatigue analysis unit configured to analyze a fatigue state of the gasket on the basis of the measurement value, the state quantity, the loading applied to the gasket, and a specifications and condition of the gasket connection and calculate a deterioration index of the gasket; and a reliability evaluation unit configured to calculate a reliability of the gasket on the basis of the measurement value, the state quantity, the connection index, the deterioration index, and a predetermined reliability evaluation model.

摘要: A leakage quick-detection device for drainage pipes comprises an operating rod assembly, a development module and a probe assembly. The development module comprises a receiving shell. A development board is fixedly connected into the receiving shell. A receiving and transmitting antenna is fixedly connected to the receiving shell and is electrically connected to the development board. The probe assembly comprises a composite platform. Four threaded through-holes are vertically and regularly formed in the composite platform. The change of water flow and water quality can be quickly reflected by ultrasonic data, conductivity data and flow data; compared with a traditional visual detection method, the detection dimensions are richer, the working time of personnel is shortened, more water flow information can be obtained, the labor intensity is reduced, and the troubleshooting accuracy is improved.

The detection method comprises the following steps:
determining 921 a first variation of mass of inert gas ΔM1 between two moments by measuring the gas added and removed by the duct;
calculating 922 a second variation of mass of inert gas ΔM2 corresponding to a difference between two masses of inert gas measured in the insulation space; and
comparing 931 the first variation with the second variation, and triggering an alarm if a difference E1 between the first variation and the second variation of mass of inert gas is greater than a first threshold S1.-

摘要: An apparatus is provided to test valves. The apparatus includes an actuation mechanism having an actuator that seals a valve of a combustion chamber of an engine. The apparatus further includes a flow control device that controls a flow of a pressurized fluid to the combustion chamber. The apparatus further includes a plurality of sensors having a first sensor and a second sensor. The first sensor is disposed in an inlet port of the combustion chamber to detect a first flow rate of the pressurized fluid in the inlet port. The second sensor is disposed in an exhaust port of the combustion chamber to detect a second flow rate of the pressurized fluid in the exhaust port. The apparatus further includes a notification device configured to generate an alert based on the detected first flow rate and the detected second flow rate.

摘要: A coolant management unit includes a server supply manifold, a server return manifold, a power distribution, and a controller. A server supply manifold is to receive cooling fluid from a cooling fluid source. The server supply manifold is to distribute the cooling fluid to server blades. The server return manifold is to receive vapor from the one or more server blades. The cooling fluid is two-phase cooling fluid to extract heat from one or more servers and to evaporate into the vapor into the server return manifold, and the vapor is transmitted to an external condenser via the rack return manifold to be condensed back to a liquid form. A power distribution bus is configured to distribute power to the one or more servers. A controller is configured to control a fluid pump coupled to the server supply manifold based on one or more signals received from different sensors.

摘要: A method for leak testing includes a leak testing step and a reference leak step. In the leak testing step, a hollow work 20 as a test object is encapsulated in a work capsule 11. A test pressure is supplied to the work capsule 11 through a path 2a connected to the work capsule. A variation of pressure inside the work capsule 11 is detected in a condition in which the path 2a is shut-off, and a judgment is made whether a leakage through the work is generated based on the detected output. In the reference leak step, a reference leak device 30 having a known pinhole 31a is mounted on a work 20′ for reference leakage that is same as the work 20 as the test object. The work 20′ for reference leakage is encapsulated in the work capsule 11. The test pressure is supplied to the work capsule 11 via the path 2a, and a reference leakage is generated in the work 20′ for reference leakage via the reference leak device 30 in a condition in which the path 2a is shut-off. A variation of pressure inside the work capsule 11 accompanying the reference leakage is detected.

摘要: A sealing device is provided for use with a fitting. The fitting has circular port and a flow path with a longitudinal axis. A circular port encircles a portion of the flow path opposite the port with the sealing device inserted into the port. The sealing device has a circular top with two opposing surfaces depending therefrom but inclined so the surfaces are closer at the top. A continuous sidewall joins the periphery of the two surfaces.
