摘要: The present disclosure provides a bracket assembly for securing a photovoltaic (PV) module. The bracket assembly may include a bracket having a top portion and a bottom surface and a clip coupled to the bracket. The clip may include a hooked portion, wherein the clip is configured to be displaced by a PV module from a first position to a second position. The clip may be biased toward the first position, and the hooked portion may be configured to engage an edge feature of the PV module.

摘要: The present invention relates to optimizing power generation of solar trackers. In embodiments of the invention, the optimization may include raycasting solar panels that are near each other and backtracking one or both of them depending on the raycasting results. Such optimization may reduce or eliminate shading of the solar trackers at certain times of day, even solar trackers installed on sloped terrain.

摘要: A method of conditioning air within an enclosed space using an HVAC system includes controlling, by a controller, the HVAC system to cool the air within an enclosed space in response to a command from a thermostat that monitors a temperature in the enclosed space. The controller receives a humidity reading from the humidity sensor and determines whether to operate at improved cooling efficiency or at improved dehumidification efficiency based at least in part on the humidity reading. The controller determines an operating speed for the blower to achieve the determined operation at improved cooling efficiency or operation at improved dehumidification efficiency and continues to control the HVAC system to condition the air within the enclosed space including operating the blower at the determined operating speed.

摘要: This application relates to roof vents with diverters that prevent or reduce the likelihood that water or other debris can be driven through the vent by wind. For example, a roof vent can include a lower portion and an upper portion attached to the lower portion at an upslope edge, the upper portion angling away from the upslope edge to create a space therebetween. The roof vent can also include a front opening between the lower portion and the upper portion at a downslope edge of the upper portion to allow airflow into and out of the space. The roof vent can include a diverter positioned downslope of the front opening and attached to the lower portion for preventing or reducing the likelihood that water or other debris can be driven through the vent by wind.

In some embodiments, the cooking device can include a housing having a base, a movable door coupled to the base that together define an interior cooking chamber. A cooking surface, such as a cooking stone, can be disposed proximate a heating element within the cooking chamber such that food, such as a pizza, can be placed on top of the cooking stone when inserted into the interior chamber. The heating element can be in operable communication with a controller configured to adjust the amount of heat supplied by the heating element to the interior chamber to optimize the cooking of a food, such as pizza, placed inside the interior chamber.
