    摘要: A slewing bearing assembly effective to suppress additional expenses such as a mold cost and to resolve the problem associated with insufficient strength brought about by voids and, also, a rotation section support apparatus for a wind powered turbine are provided. The slewing bearing assembly includes inner and outer rings having raceway grooves, and a plurality of balls interposed between the raceway grooves, and a spacer interposed between the neighboring balls. This slewing bearing assembly is a four point contact ball bearing, in which respective sectional shapes of the raceway grooves are so shaped as to represent shapes in which each balls contacts inner surfaces of the raceway grooves in the inner and outer rings at four points. The spacer is made of a resinous material having a melt viscosity within the range of 1000 to 2000 Pa·s at a temperature of 270° C.

The raceway is a channel section (14) formed in an element (13; 23) secured to or forming part of one of the said rings (7; 8) and having a substantially semi-cyclic cross section of a diameter suited to that of the said spherical separators (3) so as to accommodate the said separators resting in positions in which they are retained laterally and free of contact with the other of the said rings (8; 7). A rolling bearing such as this is particularly well suited to use without lubrication, particularly in the space industry.

    摘要: The present invention provides a new bearing device of free rolling parts. According to the basic embodiment the bearing device is comprised of: an inner race, an outer race, two rows of rolling parts wherein each rolling part is in not in a contact with two adjacent rolling parts in the same row and in contact with rolling parts of at least one adjacent row and/or with the surface of one of the races. The bearing structure is designed to create orbital eccentricity between the inner race and the outer race. When a load is applied on said bearing it is equally distributed over all rolling parts. Furthermore, the load applied on said bearing decrease the orbital eccentricity wherein minimum limit of orbital eccentricity is maintained through the working process. The device engagement of rolling parts is slack-free.
