    摘要: A torque-limiting nut is provided. The torque-limiting nut has a washer, a threaded component, and a tool interface. The threaded component has a plurality of detents and the tool interface has a corresponding plurality of recesses and a spring groove. A plurality of engagement members are sized and shaped to fit within the plurality of detents and recesses. An elastic member in the spring grooves provides a compressive force to seat the pins in the corresponding detents to frictionally couple the threaded component and tool interface. When a torque required to rotate the tool interface exceeds a predetermined value, the pin moves against the spring and unseats from the detent such that the tool interface rotates without rotating the threaded component.

The fastener includes a load bearing body that encloses an inner volume filled with fluid, and a fluid sensor that detects the presence of the fluid within the inner volume. When the fluid sensor detects the fluid, a “fluid present” state is activated. If the fastener is damaged, fluid may escape from the inner volume, such that the fluid sensor leaves the “fluid present” state, indicating damage has occurred.

The breakaway cable attachment system can include a rail, a bracket, and a clamp. The rail can be attachable to a utility pole and have a base and two sidewalls extending outwardly from the base and forming a slot. The bracket can have an attachment portion and a mounting portion that extends at an angle away from the attachment portion. The mounting portion can be configured to extend at least partially into the slot of the rail for attachment to the rail. The clamp can be attachable to the attachment portion and receive and support a cable. The breakaway cable attachment system can be configured to prevent damage to the utility pole and/or the cable when a predetermined load is applied to the cable by detaching the cable from the utility pole.
