摘要: An air-operated pump, such as an air-operated diaphragm pump, includes a pump body, a process liquid pathway defined at least in part by the pump body, and an air pathway defined at least in part by the pump body, where the process liquid pathway and air pathway are fluidly separated from one another within the pump body. The pump further includes a leak detection and containment assembly integrated with the pump body and having a process liquid sensor configured to sense process liquid leaked from the process liquid pathway into the air pathway, and a shutoff valve communicatively coupled to the process liquid sensor and configured to close in response to the process liquid sensor sensing a process liquid leak to contain the leaked process liquid within the pump body and the assembly.

摘要: An arrangement for supporting one or more bearings of a crankshaft assembly of a hydraulic fracturing pump includes a frame and one or more bearing supports. The frame is of a first material and defines one or more bearing support profiles. The bearing supports are of a second material different from the first material of the frame. The bearing supports are cast-in-place within the corresponding bearing support profiles of the frame and are configured to be in contact with an outer race of the corresponding bearings of the crankshaft assembly. Compared to the first material of the frame, the second material of the bearing supports is more effective at preventing slippage of the bearings.

The disposable portion can include a base having at least one mechanical connector portion, a plurality of cables and corresponding external ECG electrodes, and a first plurality of electrical connectors associated with the plurality of cables. The reusable portion can include a cover having at least one mechanical connector portion, a second plurality of electrical connectors configured to electrically connect with the first plurality of electrical connectors of the disposable portion, and an output connector port configured to transmit at least one signal responsive to one or more signals outputted by the external ECG electrodes of the disposable portion.

摘要: The reciprocating compressor has a cylinder with a compression chamber where a piston can slide between a crank-side position and a head-side position; a piston rod is mechanically connected to the piston and during operation of the compressor, slides in a hole of the compression chamber; there is a small gap between the hole and the piston rod; in order to avoid leakage from this gap a jacket is arranged around the piston rod and is sealed on one side to the piston and on the other side to the cylinder at the gap.

摘要: A compressible fluid separator pump includes a crankshaft, four cylinders, and four pistons. Each cylinder includes an inlet including an inlet valve for mixed fluid comprising a target component and a discharge component, a reject outlet including a reject valve for a reject fluid, and a select outlet for a select fluid, wherein each of the select outlets includes a separator member that prefers the target component over the discharge component such that the target component is at a higher concentration in the select fluid than in the mixed fluid and in the reject fluid. Each piston is connected to the crankshaft and is positioned in one of the four cylinders, and the crankshaft is configured to position two of the pistons at top dead center when the other two of the pistons are at bottom dead center.

The valve stop is positioned partially in the fluid inlet and includes a spring retainer and a column portion. The column portion includes a flange positioned between the cover and the access wall inner surface. The flange is in the shape of an arc.

The cradle plate has a main body that extends from a front surface to a back surface and a first set of openings that extend through the main body. The first set of openings are configured to receive a set of elongate couplers that position the cradle plate within the cradle in a position that secures a fluid end component against a casing of the fluid end, against a seal of the fluid end, or against both the casing and the seal.
