摘要: Various systems and methods for detecting air in a chamber of an infusion system are disclosed. In one embodiment, a determination is made that air is contained in the chamber on the basis of a change in the average force exerted against the plunger utilizing a derivative spike for event detection and a systematic reduction in the average force to confirm the nature of the change. In another embodiment, a determination is made that the chamber contains air when a difference between the current force profile and a baseline force profile crosses a threshold. In an additional embodiment, a force profile is classified as being an air force profile or a liquid force profile based on extracted features of the force profile.

摘要: Provided is a method for analyzing oil film multi-field coupling characteristics of series friction pairs of an axial piston pump in the disclosure. According to the disclosure, based on an oil film independent analysis model of macro structures, motion states and heterogeneities of service conditions of three major friction pairs of the axial piston pair, surface microstructures of the friction pairs is introduced, and a solid-liquid-thermal multi-field coupling analysis method of the friction pairs is proposed for macro information interaction. Finally, a coupling solution of the oil film bearing characteristics of the multi-friction pairs of the system is realized by the multi-scale and multi-degree-of-freedom hydraulic-dynamic global coupling method.

摘要: A method of determining a health status of the various components of the pumping equipment on a pump unit may comprise an automatic diagnostic process with one or more diagnostic tests executing on a unit controller. One or more of the diagnostic tests can establish a flow path through the piping network comprising a supply pump and a sensor valve. The diagnostic test can include positioning the sensor valve in a first and second position while operating the pump to communicate a fluid via the flow loop. The method includes comparing a set of results of the diagnostic test to an operational indicator set, determining the health status based upon the comparison, and outputting indicia of the health status of the pumping equipment.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a system, an apparatus, and a method for managing health condition of at least one rotating system. The method includes receiving, by a processing unit, operational data associated with the rotating system in real-time, from one or more sensing units. The operational data includes parameter values corresponding to an operation of the rotating system. Further, a virtual replica of the rotating system is configured using the operational data. A behavior of the rotating system is simulated on a simulation instance of the rotating system based on the configured virtual replica. The simulation results are analyzed to determine an abnormality in the health condition of the rotating system. The abnormality corresponds to a health status of an internal component of the rotating system. Further, a notification indicating the abnormality is generated, on a Graphical User Interface.

摘要: A method includes measuring a fluid pressure of fluid in a fluid supply line of an infusion pump. The fluid pressure includes a motor pressure and a patient pressure. The method also includes determining the patient pressure. The determining includes removing, by an adaptive filter, to remove the motor pressure from the measured fluid pressure. The removing includes generating a predicted motor pressure based on the current of the motor, generating an error signal based on a comparison between the predicted motor pressure and the measured fluid pressure, and removing the motor pressure from the measured fluid pressure when an error value indicative of the error signal is less than an error threshold. The method also includes adjusting, based on the patient pressure, a setting of the infusion pump. Related methods and articles of manufacture, including apparatuses and computer program products, are also disclosed.

摘要: A method of determining a health status of a mixing system may comprise establishing a flow loop via a pump, a flow control valve, and a flow rate sensor. The method may also include performing a diagnostic test that includes positioning the flow control valve in a first position, operating the pump to communicate a fluid via the flow loop at a first speed, measuring a first periodic dataset while the fluid is communicated via the flow loop, and recording the first periodic dataset. The method may also include comparing a result of the diagnostic test to an operational indicator set, determining the health status based upon the comparison of the result of the diagnostic test and the operational indicator set, and outputting, by the unit controller, indicia of the health status of the mixing system via the input output device.
