    摘要: An electronic control valve having a valve stationary portion defining a substantially central bore extending along an axis of the valve, and a valve train including a movable member of the valve. The valve train moveable member is disposed in the central bore, and the valve train is adapted for reciprocal movement along the axis. A mass is engaged is with the valve train and adapted for reciprocal movement along the axis. A biasing means is disposed between the valve train and the mass. Reciprocal movements of the mass along the axis induced by forces exerted along the axis by the valve train are transmitted through the biasing means, whereby reciprocal movement of the valve train along the axis is dynamically reduced by the mass.

    摘要: To provide a control valve for a variable displacement compressor, including a plunger divided into separate members, which is improved in the attractive force characteristic and reduced in manufacturing costs. In a control valve for a variable displacement compressor, a predetermined space is formed between a holder and a small-diameter portion of a second plunger inserted into the holder, so that it is possible to reduce an attractive force acting in the radial direction of the second plunger during energization of a solenoid. On the other hand, opposed surfaces and 41a axially opposed to each other are formed on a large-diameter portion of the second plunger and the holder, respectively, and when the solenoid is energized, a magnetic circuit is formed via the opposed surfaces. This arrangement makes it possible to increase an attractive force in the operating direction of the second plunger. As a result, when the solenoid is energized, it is possible to relatively increase an attractive force in the valve-closing direction of a valve element connected to the second plunger to thereby enhance the attractive force characteristic of the whole control valve for a variable displacement compressor.

The variable displacement compressor includes a suction chamber, a discharge chamber, a crank chamber, a drive shaft having rotated by a vehicle engine, a swash plate rotatable with the drive shaft and located within the crank chamber. The swash plate and the drive shaft have a tilt angle between them. The tilt angle is controlled by a control valve mechanism which regulates the introduction of a gas from the discharge chamber to the crank chamber. The compressor further includes a center sleeve slidably mounted on the drive shaft. The position of the center sleeve is responsive to the tilt angle. The compressor also includes a relief passage for relieving gas from the crank chamber to the suction chamber, and includes an axial hole in the drive shaft having an opening at one end of the drive shaft and an end within the drive shaft, a vertical hole in the drive shaft having two openings on the surface of the drive shaft and perpendicular to said axial hole. The vertical hole intersects the axial hole near the end of the axial hole. The relief passage further includes a passage in fluid connection with the suction chamber and the opening of the axial hole. The aperture of the two openings is regulated by the position of the center sleeve.

    摘要: A displacement control valve included in a variable displacement compressor. The compressor includes a fluid passage for connecting a crank chamber to a discharge chamber. The control valve includes a valve chamber connected to the crank chamber through the fluid passage, a valve hole connected to the discharge chamber through the fluid passage, and a valve body located in the valve chamber. A bellows influences the valve body through a pressure sensitive rod in accordance with suction pressure. A solenoid includes a fixed iron core and a plunger arranged in a plunger chamber. The plunger urges the valve body through a solenoid rod by a force determined by the level of electric current supplied to the solenoid. The fixed iron core, which is located between the valve chamber and the plunger chamber, includes a guide hole for receiving the solenoid rod. An annular passage for connecting the valve chamber to the plunger chamber is formed between the guide hole and the solenoid rod. Accordingly, the pressure of the crank chamber is applied to the plunger chamber through the valve chamber and the annular passage. In this control valve, the valve body has desirable operating characteristics without relying on parts having precise dimensions.
