摘要: A method includes obtaining operating data regarding a plurality of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems in a field of interest. The operating data describe respective replacements of each of the ESP systems, respective compatibility type of each of the ESP systems, and ESP status data comprising: a hydrogen sulfide gas partial pressure, a type of Motor Lead Extension (MLE), a presence of sand, a run life history, an electrical integrity, a type of packer feedthrough, a motor load, a motor temperature, and a history of dormant time. The method includes determining a failure rate of a first compatibility type of ESP system using the operating data, determining whether the failure rate satisfies a predetermined criterion; and transmitting a command to alter an ESP. The method includes replacing one or more ESP systems with a replacement based on a selection of each ESP systems to be replaced on the display.

摘要: A system for validating a flow rate of a water injection well is provided. The system includes a first data source providing operating data associated with the well, a data repository, a digital model of the well, a second data source, and a processor. The processor is configured to obtain operating data, including a measured flow rate, historical data, and the digital model, determine a modelled flow rate using the digital model based on the historical injection data and the operating data, compare the measured flow rate with the modelled flow rate to determine a delta, receive a second measured flow rate from the second data source, compare the second measured flow rate to the modelled flow rate to determine a second delta, and in response to determining that the second delta does not exceed the threshold value, automatically generate a request for remediation of the first data source.

摘要: A well system having a wellbore that intersects a subterranean formation, a valve station in the wellbore, and a primary controller on surface that communicates with the valve station using wireless telemetry. The valve station includes a valve member that controls a flow of fluid in the wellbore, an actuator for operating the valve member, and a valve controller that provides command signals to the actuator for positioning the valve member. The primary controller sends command signals that are receivable when the telemetry is operational. The valve controller is programmed to control operation of the valve actuator and valve member when telemetry is suspended and so that the valve station operates autonomously when out of signal communication with the primary controller and until signal communication is reestablished.

摘要: A device for controlling injection of treatment fluids in plunger lift systems includes a lubricator cap coupleable to a lubricator. The lubricator cap defines a fluid inlet coupleable to a fluid injection system. A sensor coupled to the lubricator cap detects arrival of a plunger within the lubricator a controller communicatively coupled to the sensor transmits an indicator corresponding to arrival of plunger to a fluid injection control system. In response, the fluid injection system injects fluid into the fluid inlet to recharge the plunger. In certain implementations, the sensor detects arrival of the plunger at the lubricator by detecting movement of a lubricator spring or a component of a lubricator spring, such as a spring follower.
