摘要: A hydraulic fracturing valve control system includes an electric powered, multi-plunger hydraulic fracturing pump. The system also includes a manifold coupled to the hydraulic fracturing pump. The system further includes a valve associated with the manifold, the valve being operable to move between an open position, a closed position, and a plurality of intermediate positions. The system includes a valve actuator, coupled to the valve, the valve actuator being an electric actuator that is remotely controllable in response to one or more operational aspects of the hydraulic fracturing pump. The system also includes a control interface, the control interface forming at least a portion of a control system, the control interface being accessible from a location remote from the hydraulic fracturing pump and outside of a zone of pressure formed by the hydraulic fracturing pump during operation.

摘要: Described herein are multi-tool boring systems and methods of operating such systems for tunnel boring and/or underground pipe installation. A multi-tool boring system is specially configured for fast installation and replacement of various tools, such as a pneumatic rammer and a hydraulic drive, enabling different operating modes of the system, e.g., pilot tube installation, auger boring, pipe ramming, pilot pullback boring, static pipe bursting, and non-contact boring. In some examples, a multi-tool boring system comprises a track assembly, a jacking frame slidably supported on the track assembly, and an impact plate assembly, which is attached to the jacking frame and comprises an impact plate and shock absorbers between the impact plate and the jacking frame. The impact plate comprises an impact plate opening configured to engage and support a pneumatic rammer. The rammer can be replaced with a hydraulic drive with a shaft protruding through the opening.

摘要: The present disclosure provides automated equipment for drilling and workover operations of oil field, and an oil field workover operation device, an integrated hydraulic clamp, a buckling apparatus and a string automated operating apparatus, and a derrick floor pipe handling manipulator for use in the automated equipment. The automated equipment comprises a workover rig, a derrick floor, an elevator, a monkey-board string automatic placement apparatus, a slip, an oil field workover operation device, a power clamp, and a derrick floor pipe handling manipulator, and the workover rig, the derrick floor, the elevator, the monkey-board string automatic placement apparatus, the slip, the oil field workover operation device, the power clamp, and the derrick floor pipe handling manipulator cooperate with each other to realize a lifting operation and a lowering operation of a string at a wellhead. The workover rig has a derrick, the workover rig is arranged along a front-rear direction of the automated equipment, and the derrick is disposed at a rear end portion of the workover rig and aligned with the wellhead. The derrick floor is placed on the ground and disposed at the wellhead, and the derrick floor is disposed adjacent to the derrick. The oil field workover operation device is positioned on one side of the wellhead in a left-right direction of the automated equipment, and the oil field workover operation device is disposed on the derrick floor in a manner of being movable between a raised position where the oil field workover operation device extends out above the derrick floor and a retreated position where the oil field workover operation device retreats below the derrick floor. The automated equipment in the present disclosure significantly improves operation efficiency of the drilling and workover operations, greatly reduces manual operation strength, and improves safety factor.

摘要: A modular rig system assembled without use of a crane includes a platform and a mast. The platform has pin retaining structure. The mast is separable from the platform and has a transport foundation, a tower, an alignment actuator, a pin, and a piston arm. The tower has pin retaining structure and is movable relative to the transport foundation between transport and use configurations. The alignment actuator is operably coupled to the transport foundation to adjust positioning of the tower while the tower is at the transport configuration such that the platform pin retaining structure and the tower pin retaining structure are aligned. The pin selectively passes through the platform pin retaining structure and the tower pin retaining structure to couple the platform to the tower, and the piston arm is pivotably coupled to the transport foundation and the tower for moving the tower between the transport and use configurations.

摘要: A system includes hoisting cables for raising or lowering an oil rig mast, a support, and hoisting sheaves rotatably mounted on the support. The hoisting cables are wound at least in part about the hoisting sheaves during a process of raising or lowering the mast. Also included are measurement devices which measure angular displacement of the hoisting sheaves during a process of raising or lowering the mast with the hoisting cables. Further included is a signaling device which produces a signal if the measured angular displacement of the hoisting sheaves does not correspond to one or more reference values. A related method includes measuring angular displacement of the hoisting sheaves; comparing measured angular displacement of the hoisting sheaves with one or more reference values; and producing a signal if the measured angular displacement of the hoisting sheaves does not correspond to the one or more reference values.

摘要: Provided is a novel drilling apparatus for drilling into prepared ground surfaces and natural ground conditions. The apparatus includes a mast assembly, a support structure assembly flexibly coupled with the mast assembly, a plurality of drill assemblies affixed to the support structure assembly, and a frame. Also provided is a method of drilling into a ground surface, by providing a drilling apparatus having a mast assembly, a support structure assembly flexibly coupled with the mast assembly, a plurality of drill assemblies affixed to the support structure assembly, and a frame. Each of the drill assemblies include a hollow drill rod with a drill bit at one end, the bit having exterior cutting elements and interior fluid diverters. Pressurized fluid and torque is supplied to the drill rods, and by means of the mast assembly and support structure assembly the drill rods are moved downward so that using the downward and rotational force, and the pressurized fluid, the drill bits drill into the ground surface.
