Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of daily necessities, and particularly relates to an unlocking and locking method of a cabinet lock and a cabinet safety lock. During unlocking, a lock rod is displaced relative to a locking assembly to release the locking of the lock rod, and a first lock rod is rotated to an unlocked position. During locking, the first lock rod is rotated to a locked position and the locking assembly is engaged with the lock rod to lock the second lock rod. The method and the cabinet safety lock have a novel operating mode, have a firm structure, are convenient to use, and can effectively avoid unauthorized operation by children.

Abstract: A door clip assembly that utilizes both reusable and disposable components, thereby minimizing material waste and providing significant cost savings. The bulk of the door clip assembly is manufactured from a reusable metal or plastic material that is resistant to both heat and chemicals so that it can be periodically paint stripped and/or cleaned and reused. Only the tip of the door clip assembly is manufactured from a disposable plastic or rubber material that is inexpensive so that it can be discarded, and that can safely contact an exposed surface and/or finish of a vehicle without damaging it. The door clip assembly is easy to install/remove and does not require a driver tool.

Abstract: An automatic door stopping-closing device comprises a cylinder with a connecting rod, one end of which is connected to a door; a bracket assembly on the door frame, comprising a hook connected with the other end of the rod, a movable lug cooperated with the hook, and a pull rod cooperated with the movable lug, wherein the pull rod and the hook can be engaged or disengaged. After the door is opened, the door can be kept open securely through the cooperation between the hook and the movable lug; and the door can be closed automatically by a slight push, through the cooperation between two of the hook, the movable lug and the pull rod. The automatic door stopping-closing device holds the door open without external force after the door is opened, and closes the door automatically after a slight push.

Abstract: A window security device has a support rod capable of securely contacting an upper window frame and a lower window frame. The device has two horizontal arms extending from away from the support rod terminating in thin blades capable of sliding between a first stationary window and a second sliding window sash. The device prevents unwanted tampering with the device by children located on the inside of the window as well as burglars located on the exterior of the window and to be easily removed in the event of a fire. The length of the device's blade can be adjusted allow a window to safely remain open a specified distance, and the device's arms can be adjusted to fit many different widths of windows. When the blades are disposed between the windows, the window is slid open and contacts the window stop, located at the end of the horizontal arms.

Abstract: A locking system has a base, a receiver, a bolt assembly and at least one link member. The bolt assembly has a bolt that slides through the link members and the base, and into the receiver. The bolt assembly has an end plate with a padlock tab that projects through a slot in a plate on the link member. Each link member has another plate with a padlock tab that can projects through a slot in a plate on the base or a slot on an adjacent link member. The padlock tabs each have a padlock aperture for a padlock or a puck lock. Removal of a lock allows a user to slide the bolt out of the receiver.
