The present invention, described above, provides, as the technical gist, a warping device using a retroreflective yarn and a method for weaving a raw fabric using the same, the warping device comprising: a creel unit having multiple bobbins, around which a yarn is wound, cradled thereon such that the yarn is unwound; an aligning unit for aligning the yarn, which has been unwound from the creel unit, at a predetermined interval; and a winding unit for winding the yarn, which has been aligned by the aligning unit, around a beam, wherein the creel unit comprises a main frame comprising horizontal bars, which are installed vertically at a predetermined interval, and vertical bars, which are installed between the horizontal bars at a predetermined interval, and a cradling frame comprising first cradling bars, which are formed to protrude from the inner side of respective vertical bars, and second cradling bars, which are formed to protrude from the outer side of respective vertical bars; first bobbins, around which a synthetic fiber yarn is wound, are cradled on respective first cradling bars; and second bobbins, around which a retroreflective yarn is wound, are cradled on respective second cradling bars to be perpendicular to the first bobbins.

Further, a motion restriction component is positioned on the upper table for restricting the motion of the upper table around the central shaft bearing the upper table and for stopping the adapter at the desired point, a motion restriction housing is formed on the lower table for enabling movement of the motion restriction component, a locking ball is provided for keeping the adapter in the optimum position for unreeling yarn, a locking spring is positioned on the upper table for applying force on the locking ball, and a locking housing is formed on the lower table, on which the locking ball makes pressure as a result of the force applied by the locking spring.

    摘要: A creel for feeding groups of yarn strands to a textile machine has a framework of interconnected support members and vertical posts, each post carrying a plurality of vertically spaced yarn cone holders. Each group of yarn strands is supplied from cones mounted on a group of holders on each post. The uppermost cone holder has a yarn guide tube corresponding thereto mounted on a support member with the inlet of the tube positioned for receiving a yarn from a cone mounted on the uppermost holder. Each of the other yarn cone holders has an eyelet on the frame for receiving a yarn strand from a cone mounted on the respective yarn cone holder. The yarn strand from the lowermost cone is directed by the lowermost eyelet to the next adjacent eyelet and together with the yarn from the cone on the holder associated with that eyelet directs the yarns upwardly to each subsequent eyelet and thus into the guide tube so that all of the yarns are guided by the guide tube to a header.
