摘要: An apparatus for making filaments has a spinneret plate having a row of holes from which emerge filaments. A manifold distributes a supplied plastic melt over a starting spinning width. A filter plate is downstream of the manifold. A pack of distributor plates is downstream of the filter plate. The distributor plates each have a plurality of distributor holes distributed over a manifold width. The distributor holes receive the plastic melt emerging from the filter plate. The spinneret plate is downstream of the distributor-plate pack and has a row of spinneret passages extending over a final spinning width aligned with the spinneret holes. An output face of the filter plate turned toward the distributor-plate pack and/or an inlet face of the spinneret plate turned toward the distributor-plate pack is curved or crowned at least in sections.

摘要: A melt blowing nozzle apparatus for producing a plurality of fiber strands from a polymer melt has at least one melt inlet and at least one process air inlet. The apparatus further has a nozzle plate having a plurality of small tubes, each having a capillary bore for extruding the fiber strands, and an extrusion plate arranged underneath the nozzle plate, which extrusion plate has a plurality of extrusion openings for blowing out the fiber strands, corresponding to the small tubes. Each extrusion opening encloses one of the small tubes with an air gap. To ensure mountability in case of a large number of small tubes, a channel system of a common distribution device is provided for connection and distribution of the melt inlet to the capillaries of the small tubes and for connection and distribution of the process air inlet to the extrusion openings of the extrusion plate.

摘要: An innovative plant (10) for the production with the “spun bonding” technology or similar of a web (V) of non-woven fabric, comprising: a melting station (11) suitable for receiving and melting a polymeric base material (MR), an extrusion bar or head (12) with a plurality of extrusion or drawing nozzles (12a) adapted to receive from the melting station (11) the polymeric material (MR) in the molten state to produce a plurality or bundle of continuous filaments (FF); a conveyor belt (13) adapted to advance along a direction of advancement (A) and to receive from the above the continuous filaments (F), produced by the extrusion nozzles (12a), so as to form a web (V) of non-woven fabric; and consolidation means (14) designed to consolidate the non-woven web (V) formed on the conveyor belt (13); wherein the plant (10) is characterized by a special structure (20) comprising a base platform (21), rotatable (f, f′, f″) around a respective vertical rotation axis (X), and wherein the melting station (11), suitable for receiving and melting the base polymeric material (MR), and the extrusion bar (12), suitable for receiving from the melting station (11) the polymeric material (MR) in the molten state, are totally built and solidly supported by this rotatable base platform (21) (f, f, f), so as to be rigidly connected to each other without the interposition of any rotating joint. Advantageously, the plant (10) allows to vary, without interrupting its operation, the width (L, L′, L″) of the non-woven web (V) produced by the same plant, by rotating (f, f′, f″) and adjusting the base platform (21) around the respective vertical rotation axis (X), so as to vary the inclination (a) of the extrusion bar (12) with respect to the direction of advancement (A) the conveyor belt (13).

The nozzle is made from an electrically conductive material, and a flow path is formed inside the nozzle. On the outer surface of the nozzle, an ejection port capable of ejecting a material liquid supplied to the flow path is formed. The uneven surface is formed in the vicinity of the projection port on the outer surface of the nozzle, and an uneven shape of the uneven surface is formed around the entire circumference of the circumferential direction of the nozzle and is along the extending direction of the flow path.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a plurality of colors of bulked continuous carpet filament from a single multi-screw extruder which, in various embodiments, comprises: (A) passing PET through an extruder that melts the PET and purifies the resulting PET polymer melt; (B) splitting the extruded polymer melt into a plurality of melt streams and adding a colorant to each of the plurality of melt streams; (C) using one or more static mixers (e.g., thirty six static mixers) to substantially uniformly mix (e.g., homogeneously mix) each of the plurality of melt streams with its respective added colorant; and (D) feed each of the uniformly mixed and colored plurality of melt streams into a respective spinning machines that turns the polymer into filament for use in manufacturing carpet, rugs, and other products.

摘要: A process for the preparation of a homogeneous spinning solution for the production of acrylic fibers comprising: i) preparation of a homogeneous suspension by mixing a powder homopolymer or copolymer of acrylonitrile with a mixture of DMSO/water ranging from 94.5/5.5 to 97/3% w/w at a temperature ranging from 5° C. to 10° C., said mixing being carried out in a time from 5 to 30 minutes, by spraying a stream of the DMSO/water solvent onto a stream of powder homopolymer or copolymer of acrylonitrile, disgregated and premixed; ii) heating the homogeneous suspension from step i) to a temperature from 70° C. to 150° C. in a time from 0.5 to 30 minutes, until the complete dissolution of the homopolymer or copolymer and the formation of a homogeneous solution. This spinning solution is then fed to a storage tank or to the spinning line.
