    摘要: An apparatus for making filaments has a spinneret plate having a row of holes from which emerge filaments. A manifold distributes a supplied plastic melt over a starting spinning width. A filter plate is downstream of the manifold. A pack of distributor plates is downstream of the filter plate. The distributor plates each have a plurality of distributor holes distributed over a manifold width. The distributor holes receive the plastic melt emerging from the filter plate. The spinneret plate is downstream of the distributor-plate pack and has a row of spinneret passages extending over a final spinning width aligned with the spinneret holes. An output face of the filter plate turned toward the distributor-plate pack and/or an inlet face of the spinneret plate turned toward the distributor-plate pack is curved or crowned at least in sections.

    摘要: A melt blowing nozzle apparatus for producing a plurality of fiber strands from a polymer melt has at least one melt inlet and at least one process air inlet. The apparatus further has a nozzle plate having a plurality of small tubes, each having a capillary bore for extruding the fiber strands, and an extrusion plate arranged underneath the nozzle plate, which extrusion plate has a plurality of extrusion openings for blowing out the fiber strands, corresponding to the small tubes. Each extrusion opening encloses one of the small tubes with an air gap. To ensure mountability in case of a large number of small tubes, a channel system of a common distribution device is provided for connection and distribution of the melt inlet to the capillaries of the small tubes and for connection and distribution of the process air inlet to the extrusion openings of the extrusion plate.

    摘要: A process for the preparation of a homogeneous spinning solution for the production of acrylic fibers comprising: i) preparation of a homogeneous suspension by mixing a powder homopolymer or copolymer of acrylonitrile with a mixture of DMSO/water ranging from 94.5/5.5 to 97/3% w/w at a temperature ranging from 5° C. to 10° C., said mixing being carried out in a time from 5 to 30 minutes, by spraying a stream of the DMSO/water solvent onto a stream of powder homopolymer or copolymer of acrylonitrile, disgregated and premixed; ii) heating the homogeneous suspension from step i) to a temperature from 70° C. to 150° C. in a time from 0.5 to 30 minutes, until the complete dissolution of the homopolymer or copolymer and the formation of a homogeneous solution. This spinning solution is then fed to a storage tank or to the spinning line.
