摘要： A guider for conveying a sheet-shaped object comprises two side plates (13, 14); two wheel components (7, 11) arranged in parallel between the two side plates (13, 14), a top channel plate (9) being disposed on the wheel components; and two side channel components (10, 8) disposed between the two wheel components (7, 11) and the top channel plate (9), the two side channel components (10, 8) forming a horizontal channel with the top channel plate (9), and each forming a lateral channel with the wheel component at the same side, two ends of the side channel component being respectively hinged on the two side plates (13, 14). The guider further comprises two swing plates (6, 17) respectively fixedly disposed on the two side channel components (10, 8); a first driving device for driving the two swing plates (6, 17) to swing; a reversing member (19) hinged between the two lateral channels and used for switch between the two lateral channels; and a second driving device for driving the reversing member (19) to swing. The guider for conveying a sheet-shaped object of the present invention simplifies the structure of the guider, and meanwhile reduces the manufacturing cost of the guider.

摘要： A sorter conveyor system includes a conveyor forming an upwardly facing support surface for conveying objects. The support surface includes slots oriented transversely to the conveying direction and a plurality of shoe assemblies mounted for sliding movement along respective slots for transversely discharging objects from the conveying surface. Each shoe assembly includes a carrier disposed below the conveying surface, and a shoe disposed above the support surface. The shoe and the carrier together form a releasable connection therebetween. The releasable connection is configured to enable the shoe, in response to an undesirable force applied thereto, to detach completely from the carrier without breakage or failure of any part of the shoe assembly, and to be manually reattached without the use of tools or special skills. Various related methods are additionally disclosed.

One of the movable transfer devices has a height adjustment portion that moves a corresponding one of the transfer portions in a Z direction to prevent the movable transfer device from interfering with a corresponding one of the lane divided sections, in transferring one of the circuit boards from one of the lane divided sections to one of the visual recognition positions.

摘要： A labeling device includes a conveyor belt for taking up a row of labels, and two label dispensers, each for dispensing labels from a dispensing sheet over a dispensing edge onto the conveyor belt. The label dispensers are disposed one behind the other, the dispensing edge of a rear one of the dispensers being shifted, so that the dispensing edges of the two label dispensers are one above the other. The conveyor belt is guided over a belt deflector for changing the course of the belt between two positions as to the dispensing edges, the belt deflector including a tilting lever, over which the conveyor belt is deflected and which can be swiveled between two positions. The conveyor belt is in a first position for taking up labels at the first dispensing edge and in a second position, for taking up labels at the second dispensing edge.

The items are automatically transported, preferably separately according to type, in containers or boxes (2) to the dynamic-storage rack (1) on a driven conveying line (4). After reading and identifying the boxes (2), they are introduced automatically by an activated stationary lift (5) and activated level serving devices (6) of the dynamic-storage rack (1) into selected dynamic-storage channels (3) of the dynamic-storage rack. The channels have exits (A) that can be manually reached by an operator (17). After manual removal of the containers/boxes (2) at a selected exit (A) of a dynamic-storage channel (3), and then unpacking of the containers/boxes by the operator, the items are introduced, separately according to type, into order-picking compartments of the automatic order-picking device (31), in order to replenish order-picking device (31).

The diverting assembly has a diverting surface that is adapted to laterally displace articles on the conveying surface when in the actuated position.
