摘要: A robotic service device is described for use on a robotic picking system grid. The robotic service device is capable of driving to any location on the grid order to perform maintenance operations or cleaning. Additionally, the service device may be used to rescue robotic load handling devices operational in the picking system. The robotic service device may include a releasable docking mechanism to enable it to dock and latch on to malfunctioning load handling devices. The service device may also be provided with cleaning capability and a camera to enable the condition of the grid and other robotic devices to be monitored.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a handrail disinfecting device for a handrail of a passenger transport installation. The handrail disinfecting device has a plurality of light-emitting diodes that can emit germicidal electromagnetic radiation in the region of their light cone. A pass-through segment of the handrail disinfecting device is divided into at least two sectors and has a carrier having planes that are arranged in the sectors. The light-emitting diodes are arranged on the carrier such that they are oriented according to the planes. In one of the sectors, there are two planes that are arranged in parallel with the longitudinal extension of the pass-through segment and so as to be mutually inclined at an angle of 100° to 160°.

摘要: A dynamic, reconfigurable, and modular cleaning device utilizes software, sensors, and modular components to provide a one-size-fits-all approach to cleaning conveyor belts. The cleaning device secures to a body or frame associated with a conveyor belt, in which an associated cleaning head cleans the conveyor belt's surface. The cleaning head has an arm that extends from its body and inserts into a corresponding opening on a connecting frame associated with the cleaning device. The cleaning head is then secured in place via a cylindrical pin that extends through aligned holes on the arm and the connecting plate. Insertion of the pin connects the components together, and removal of the pin enables a user to disconnect the cleaning head and swap a new one in its place, such as to provide a different cleaning action.

The disinfecting device has a housing, an inlet, an outlet, a plurality of rollers within the housing, one or more disinfecting lights positioned above the rollers, and at least one disinfecting light positioned beneath the rollers. The plurality of rollers carry the item upward, passing over at least one disinfecting light while other disinfecting lights are positioned above the item. The item is then returned to the conveyor belt to continue onward.

摘要: A flash lamp system provides flashes to a bottom side of a conveyor to disinfect the conveyor while the conveyor is transporting products on a top side of the conveyor. The flashes are provided to discontinuous segments of the conveyor such that a portion of the conveyor is treated with each revolution, but a controller causes the entire length of the conveyor to be disinfected over multiple revolutions. The controller can respond to changes in speed and detected levels of disinfection. The disinfection system can be used in many applications, such as the transporting of fresh or frozen food products.
