摘要： A conveyor belt cleaning system is configured with waterproofing techniques throughout its entire body to prevent liquid from entering liquid-sensitive portions of the cleaning system, thereby reducing machine downtime or destruction. The conveyor belt cleaning system has a touchscreen control panel (i.e., a computing device) that controls the modular cleaning system's operations and one or more actuators that facilitate directional movement of the modular cleaning head. The control panel is comprised of the display, such as a touchscreen display, and the various computer-related components that effectuate the computer's operations, such as one or more processors (CPUs, GPUs, etc.), long and short-term hardware-based memory devices such as Flash memory, ROM (Read-Only Memory), RAM (Random Access Memory), etc., network interface cards (NICs) for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® and other wired and wireless forms of communications, among other operational components.

摘要： The conveyor belt cleaning system is an add-on apparatus for a grocery store checkout conveyor. The device automatically dispenses a disinfectant liquid on the underside of the belt in a continuous manner. The disinfectant is pumped from an open rectangular reservoir that is the same width as the belt. An electric pump dispenses the disinfectant from at least one spray nozzle at the leading edge of the reservoir. A squeegee is secured at the trailing edge of reservoir removes excess disinfectant which in turn falls back into the reservoir for reuse.

摘要： A cleaning mechanism for use with a closed loop conveyor belt supported in continuous traversing fashion. The mechanism includes a housing for supporting the belt, a frame mounted to the housing proximate to the belt. A drive shaft extends between spaced apart locations of the frame and includes a pair of head sprockets adapted for supporting the belt at a selected location. A motor is engaged to an input end of the drive shaft. A counter weighted comb element is pivotally secured to the frame, an upper angled combed edge of the comb element arrayed in spatial non-contacting fashion with a traversing exterior of the belt for capturing elongated shaving debris suspended from the belt. A slave shaft extends between additional spaced apart location of the frame and which is rotated via a linkage with the drive shaft. Pluralities of bristles extend from the slave shaft in a cylindrical arrangement such that selected width extending portions of the bristles are arranged in successive contact with the belt upon rotation of the slave shaft in order to scrub the belt.

摘要： A device for cleaning the endless belt of a corrugator machine while the belt is moving and the machine continues in operation. The device includes a movable cleaning head incorporating a sprayer means for applying a forceful stream of cleaning solution to the belt for loosening debris and dissolving contaminants, and a vacuum means for removing the loosened debris and contaminated cleaning solution for recycling or disposal. The movable cleaning head is carried on a supporting track for transverse movement across the full width of the belt from edge to edge. The width of the head is 1/X of the width of the belt, and traverses the entire width of the belt at least once during each X circumferential belt revolutions past the head.
