    摘要: A portable adjustable conveyor for use with a power tool for cutting a work piece. The portable adjustable conveyor has a one piece frame formed from a base plate integrally connected to first and second guide plates. Each guide plate has first, second and third groups of vertically aligned alignment holes oriented on a diagonal configuration to each other and spaced centrally in each guide plate. A removable roller engages between pairs of vertically aligned alignment holes in a first, second or third group of offset holes. The portable conveyer enables the power tool to process a work piece and reposition the work piece in less than 90 seconds repeatedly using different pairs of longitudinally aligned alignment holes with the removable roller as well as reduce static in the work place and increase lumens to the workpieces, all simultaneously.

The sphere 46 and legs 70 are held in a horizontally fixed position relative to a support surface 14 by a holder including a primary retaining member 40, a secondary retaining member 74 fixed in superposition to the primary retaining member 40, and an alignment cylinder 84. The secondary retaining member 74 is slidably disposed in the alignment cylinder 84 to allow for vertical movement of the sphere 46, legs 70, and retaining members 40, 74. One of six actuating rods 94 pushes down on one of three upwardly extending legs 70H thereby rotating the sphere 46 and causing two of three downwardly descending legs 70L to move a work surface 16 capable of horizontal sliding movement over the support surface 14 from a first position to a second position. In one embodiment of the invention shown in FIG. 12, a hydraulic feedback system maintains downward pressure on the sphere 130 via a central piston shaft 174 during the second half of a step.

    摘要: A profiler system is preferably mounted to a conventional roller conveyor frame rail used primarily in mail handling applications. The profiler system contains an array of photo sensors strategically placed to sense the height and length of a mail tray. The sensors are operably connected to a controller that is capable of filtering false signals and accommodating varying conveyor speeds. The controller classifies the object as one of the several types of mail trays or as an unknown object based upon blocked photo sensors. The tray type is reported to a higher-level control system via an industry standard controller communication bus for further processing downstream.
