    Abstract: A motor-less leg-powered curved treadmill produced that allows people to walk, jog, run, and sprint without making any adjustments to the treadmill other than shifting the user's center of gravity forward and backwards. A closed loop treadmill belt running between front and rear pulley rollers is formed with a low friction running surface of transverse aluminum, wooden, plastic, rubber or carbon fiber slats attached to each other in a resilient fashion. An essential feature of treadmill is the concave shape of the upper portion of the belt running surface, the treadmill configurations ensure that this shape is maintained during actual use. These configurations prevent the concave upper running surface portion from being pulled taut into a flat shape between the front and rear pulley rollers. The slats of the treadmill each have an end view crossectional I-beam shape, for strength and stability of the slat positioned upon the treadmill belt.

    Abstract: A compactable bicycle comprising a frame including a first and second frame portions wherein the frame is unfoldable to a use position for riding by the rider and is foldable to a storage position for storage.     Abstract: A pannier includes: a casing body; a lid; an attaching-detaching holder which removably attaches the casing body to the vehicle; an opening-closing holder which attaches the lid in an openable and closeable manner; a cylinder which serves to lock both of the attaching-detaching holder and the opening-closing holder; and first and second movable holders which are movable when the cylinder is unlocked. At a lock position of the cylinder, the first and second movable holders are retained at a position where the casing body is unremovable and the lid is unopenable. At a pannier detaching position off the cylinder, the second movable holder is movable to an attachable-detachable position where the movable holder allows the casing body to be detached. At a pannier opening position of the cylinder, the first movable holder is movable to an openable position where the movable holder allows the lid to be opened.

    Abstract: A telescopic, height adjustable, bicycle seatpost with a fixed frame insertion length, but adjustable uncompressed resting height is described herein. This telescopic bicycle seatpost with adjustable height and fixed frame insertion provides a unique structure and method for setting the uncompressed resting height of a telescopic bicycle seatpost, while using a fixed insertion length into the bicycle frame. The assembly allows a single telescopic bicycle seatpost to fit on many different sizes of bicycle, for cyclists of varied height and leg length, while maximizing the telescoping length of the seatpost for each situation, without requiring various lengths of seatpost to be manufactured. Instead, the telescoping length of the seatpost may be adjusted for cyclists of different height, allowing for one seatpost to fit many size frames and cyclists, while allowing each individual to maximize the telescoping length for their particular setup.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to embodiments of harnesses for supporting and improving comfort of a bicyclist while riding a bicycle. In at least one embodiment, the harness includes a support portion, which supports and contacts hips or a waist of the bicyclist, and a saddle contact portion, which supports and contacts a gluteus maximus (i.e., posterior, rear, butt, etc.) of the bicyclist. The saddle contact portion raises or suspends a perineum area (e.g., an area between the anus and the vulva or scrotum of an individual) of the bicyclist (i.e., rider, operator, user, etc.) above the saddle of the bicycle such that the perineum area does not contact the saddle of the bicycle while riding the bicycle. The harness is adjustable by a plurality of adjustable straps that are coupled between the support and the saddle contact portion. The harness is further adjustable by loosening a locking component interlocking with a toothed member of the support portion, which allows the support portion to be moved from various positions. The bicyclist wears the harness over their external clothing (e.g., pants, shorts, shirt, jacket, etc.).

    Abstract: An injury and damage mitigation system installed upon an electronic conveyance vehicle (ECV) (mobility scooter) that includes at least one pressure vessel. A sensor identifies an increase in pressure within the pressure vessel that occurs upon contact with a person/object. Once identified, the system reduces or interrupts power to the drive motor and/or applies a braking. The pressure vessel is integral with an impact element. Upon contact, the ECV decelerates to a stop. During deceleration, pressure vessel assembly compresses. The pressure vessel assembly is sized to compress to a dimension that is less than complete compression by the time the ECV stops. This ensures that minimal force is applied to the contacted person/object. The pressure vessel can be provided as a sealed vessel, an unsealed vessel, or a combination of a sealed and an unsealed vessel. The system can include an override feature and a reverse feature.

    Abstract: An electric snowmobile has: a frame having a tunnel; a seat connected to the tunnel; at least one ski operatively connected to the frame; a steering column operatively connected to the at least one ski; a drive track disposed at least in part under the tunnel; an electric motor supported by the frame, the electric motor being operatively connected to the drive track; and a battery pack connected to the frame and electrically connected to the electric motor. The frame also has a brace assembly connected to and extending forward of the tunnel. The brace assembly is mounted to the battery pack. The steering column is pivotally connected to the brace assembly. The steering column is pivotable about a steering axis. A vertical plane containing the steering axis passes through the battery pack.
