摘要: In a buckle device, a wire harness is connected to a buckle body, and the wire harness is mounted to a mounting plate of a boot. Therefore, in a case in which, at the time of light collision of a vehicle, tension is applied to a belt to extend the belt, and the buckle body is extended upward, the mounting plate is elastically bent, and the upward movement of the wire harness is allowed. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress disconnection of the wire harness.

摘要: In this buckle device, a base end portion of a belt is folded back on itself to form a ring-shaped portion, and the belt is wound onto a spool in a state in which the ring-shaped portion of the belt has been inserted through an insertion hole in the spool. This enables a winding radius of the belt to be increased by the base end portion of the belt and enables a load at which the belt is permitted to be pulled out to be reduced, when the belt is pulled out from the spool.

摘要: A seat belt structure for a vehicle includes a safety belt webbing configured to restrain an occupant of a seat of the vehicle and extending along a height of a side lining of the vehicle. The seat belt structure also includes a tongue movably connected to the safety belt webbing and adapted to move along the safety belt webbing. Moreover, the seat belt structure includes a belt holder engaged to the side lining and defining a cavity therebetween. The belt holder is arranged proximate to a floor of the vehicle. Further, a portion of the seat belt webbing extends and is held between the belt holder and the side lining, and the belt holder is configured to removably hold a portion of the tongue inside the cavity.

The plug-in tongue is characterized in that the center part (18) includes a central guide surface (32) located between the two lateral parts (20), and the two lateral parts (20) include lateral guide surfaces (34) facing each other, the guide surfaces (32, 34) constituting limitations of the belt guide passage (30).

摘要: A vehicle has an automatically tiltable seat, a plurality of seat actuators fully supporting the automatically-tiltable seat to enable the automatically tiltable seat to pitch or roll to compensate for motion of the vehicle, and a processor to predict the motion of the vehicle and to control the plurality of seat actuators. The plurality of seat actuators automatically adjusts the pitch or roll of the automatically tiltable seat in response to the motion of the vehicle. The seat actuators also provide shock absorption.

摘要: A side airbag apparatus is employed in a vehicle seat that includes a seat back and a seat belt guide. The seat back includes an accommodation portion in a lateral portion. The seat belt guide is attached to the lateral portion at a location above the accommodation portion. The side airbag apparatus includes a gas generator, an airbag, and a pressure receiving member. The gas generator and the airbag are installed in the accommodation portion. The pressure receiving member is arranged rearward of the airbag, and includes a main body and an upper restricting portion. The main body includes a pressure receiving surface, which extends along an axis of the gas generator. The upper restricting portion is located above and adjacent to the main body and includes an upper restricting surface located forward of an imaginary upward extension of the pressure receiving surface.

摘要: Provided is a belt assist device having a compact configuration and being configured to move a seatbelt to an easily reachable position. A vehicle seat includes a belt assist device attached to a lateral portion of a seat back and configured to move a portion of a seatbelt placed on the lateral portion to the easily reachable position. The belt assist device includes a rotary member attached to a recessed housing portion of the lateral portion via a rotary shaft and configured to rotate up and down between a housing position at which the rotary member is housed in the seat back and a protruding position at which the rotary member rotates to protrude forward of the seat back to push out a portion of the seatbelt. The rotary member is disposed forward of a belt guide provided at the periphery of an upper end of the seat back.
