摘要： A combination inflatable and web-based restraint for a motor vehicle seat may include an occupant restraint collar having an arcuate portion with first and second spaced apart legs each joined thereto or integral therewith, the collar configured to extend about a neck and over opposite shoulders of an occupant of the seat, first and second shoulder webs of the restraint each movably coupled to a respective one of the first and second legs such the collar is movable along the first and second shoulder webs, an inflatable airbag housed, in an uninflated state, within the arcuate portion and the first and second legs of the collar, the airbag and configured to open a scam of, and extend out of, the arcuate portion and the first and second legs upon deployment thereof, and at least one inflator fluidly coupled to the airbag for deploying the airbag.

摘要： A port cushioning device, system, and method are disclosed herein. The port cushioning device couples to a vehicle seatbelt. The port cushioning device includes a slipcover and a cushioning pad. The slipcover is formed from a material with a high coefficient of friction and defines a pad receiving opening so that the cushioning pad can be inserted therein. The cushioning pad defines a port opening on a first side thereof to receive a port or region of a user's skin that a port has been placed under. A thickness of the cushioning pad is dimensioned such that the vehicle seatbelt is spaced from the port or user's skin where the port is embedded so that pressure is not applied to that area, increasing comfort for the user while wearing the seatbelt.

In particular, a headlight of the vehicle is able to be modulated based upon an application of one or both of a front brake and a rear brake. The headlight activation circuit is able to modulate the headlight between an on position and an off position or modulate the headlight between a high beam position and a low beam position. Consequently, the vehicle is better seen as it approaches likely congestion areas such as intersections and slowing or stopped traffic and attempts to enter traffic.

The door portion is movable with respect to the first and second upward-extending sidewalls between open and closed positions via an automatic bed cover drive assembly that moves the door portion between open and closed positions according to a plurality of velocities within a predetermined variance.
