    摘要: Systems, methods, and other embodiments described herein relate to improving propulsion of a vehicle. In one embodiment, a method includes, in response to detecting a change in a wheel configuration associated with modifying an arrangement of hub motors that are selectively attachable on wheels of the vehicle, identifying attributes of the hub motors coupled with the wheels of the vehicle. The hub motors are structured to be attached to the wheels of the vehicle without removing the wheels from the vehicle. The method includes determining properties of the hub motors according to the attributes and the wheel configuration. Further, the method includes managing electrical power delivery to the hub motors to propel the vehicle according to the properties.

In at least one of the terminal apparatus and the central apparatus, a processing system that includes a signal processing unit is duplicated, the signal processing unit generating a command signal for the train-mounted device and receiving a response signal made in response to the command signal, and at least one of the signal processing units that receive a response signal from the train-mounted device transmits, to another of the signal processing units, information indicating receipt of the response signal so as to be used to determine a failure in one of the processing systems.

    摘要: A radio communication control system for a lead unit and a plurality of remote units is disclosed. The system has a protocol for establishing a communication link between the lead unit and the one or more remote units in the system which prevents any of the units in that system from processing messages or commands from other units in other train systems or processing messages or commands originating from units within a train system which are addressed to other units within the system. The communication system also includes a communications channel contention system for minimizing the probability of multiple units transmitting on the common communication channel at the same time and for insuring that the highest priority communications in each train are transmitted first in time measured from the end of the latest transmission on the radio communications channel. The invention also includes apparatus for verifying the establishment of the communications link by means of signaling through the mechanical coupling in the train and monitoring the radio response. The invention further includes an improved flow rate sensor for use in a remote unit for determining when significant air flows occur into the brake pipe of the remote unit. The invention further includes an air pressure regulation system which prevents the fluctuation of the air pressure in the equalizing reservoir of the lead and remote units consequent from either leakage or change in the ambient temperature.

    摘要: A time division multiplex data transmission system. A particular time slot among those for data transmission is placed with alternation of different data modes such as "1" and "0" in a commanding station destined for issuing commands. The alternation of data modes is supplied to receiver stations together with other data. When alternation of data modes is detected at the particular time slot in the receiver station, the reception of one command signal from the commanding station is confirmed, while detection of disappearance of the alternation of data modes indicates other command. Since a fault in the data transmission system results in generation of a fixed data mode or level such as "1" or alternatively "0", the alternation of data modes and disappearance thereof can define the commands discriminatively from the state brought about by the fault. Fail-safe feature can thus be realized.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to a formwork assembly, more particularly for the construction of system-type concrete building units, comprising a set of shuttering elements comprising side and deck formwork panels, wheels for moving the forms by rolling, and support elements. The set of shuttering elements consists of wall shuttering panels, corner shuttering elements, deck shuttering panels, and where appropriate, formwork panel inserts. The deck shuttering portion comprises clamping means linked to the split formwork elements which serves to position the deck shuttering section and is made up of sections. The formwork assembly has an upper movement mechanism, arranged between the sections of the clamping means that is suitable for moving apart and drawing together these sections, and a lower movement mechanism which by means of connecting elements, suitably rods, is capable of moving apart and drawing together the two side panel parts of the shuttering portion. The formwork assembly contains further a control element connecting the upper and lower movement mechanism and operating these in synchronism.

    摘要: A train communication system is configured to perform wireless communication between two cars coupled to each other by using low power radio. The train communication system includes: a first device disposed on one coupling surface of two coupling surfaces facing each other between two cars; a second device disposed on the one coupling surface; a third device disposed on another coupling surface of the two coupling surfaces; and a fourth device disposed on the other coupling surface. The first device and the third device are disposed to face each other. The second device and the fourth device are disposed to face each other. When no wireless connections are established among the first device, the second device, the third device, and the fourth device, the first to fourth devices each perform at least one of switching of communication channels used for wireless communication among the first to fourth devices and switching of a master device or a slave device.

    摘要: An on-vehicle communication system mounted on a vehicle comprises a first switching device, a second switching device and a third switching device each including a first communication port and a second communication port. The first communication port and the second communication port of the first switching device are respectively connected to the first communication port of the second switching device and the first communication port of the third switching device, and the second communication port of the second switching device and the second communication port of the third switching device are connected to each other. Each of the first switching device, the second switching device and the third switching device measures a reception signal quality for the first communication port of the device itself and a reception signal quality for the second communication port of the device itself. One of the first communication port and the second communication port is selected as a port for use which should be used for communication in each of the first switching device, the second switching device and the third switching device. Each of the switching devices performs switching processing for determining whether or not the port for use is to be switched to the another one of the first communication port and the second communication port based on the reception signal quality for the first communication port and the second communication port.
