摘要： Various embodiments provide a shipping and display box. In example embodiments, a shipping and display box includes a bottom panel, the bottom panel comprising a distal end wall at a distal end of the bottom panel and a proximal end tab at a proximal end of the bottom panel. In embodiments, the shipping and display box further includes a first side wall adjacent to and at an approximate right angle to the bottom panel at a first crease line. The shipping and display box further includes a top panel adjacent to and at an approximate right angle to the first side wall at a second crease line, the top panel comprising a proximal end wall at a proximal end of the top panel and a distal end tab at a distal end of the top panel. In embodiments, the shipping and display box further includes a second side wall adjacent to and at an approximate right angle to the top panel at a third crease line. The bottom panel, first side wall, second side wall, top panel, and proximal end wall each comprise one or more perforations configured to enable removal of sections of each of the bottom panel, first side wall, second side wall, top panel, and proximal end wall for display of contents of the shipping and display box.

摘要： Box blanks, boxes, and corresponding methods of forming the same are provided. The box blank comprises a plurality of panels and bottom flaps. Each of the plurality of panels and the plurality of bottom flaps are connected along a foldable section score line. The plurality of panels are connected to the plurality of bottom flaps along a panel score line. At least one web pattern score extends in one of the plurality of bottom flaps comprising a first score line and a second score line extending within the bottom flap. A first subsection is defined between the second score line and the section score line, and a second subsection is defined between the first score line and the second score line. The at least one web pattern score enables folding such that the first subsection folds towards the second subsection when the box blank is being formed into the box.

A bander assembly is configured to apply a band or other restraint to the upper flaps of the box to retain the upper flaps in the folded configuration.

摘要： The composite structure includes a fiber-containing layer, such as a fiberboard layer or other layer having fibers from natural and/or synthetic sources, and a mineral-containing layer covering the fiber-containing layer. The fiber-containing layer and mineral-containing layer can be shaped, sized and manufactured such that the composite structure formed therefrom is capable of being machined to form a storage article. The composite structure has advantages in that it can improve whiteness, opacity, ink adhesion, materials reduction, barrier properties, recyclability, and printability. The composite can reduce polymer mass requirements for heat seal, barrier, and fiber adhesion. Further improvements include economics, pliability, and flexibility that is increased over the pliability of the fiber-containing layer alone.
