A pump (750) can be connected to the batch mixer to pump the cementitious material. A delivery hose (150) can be connected to the pump to deliver the cementitious material pumped by the pump from the batch mixer. A printhead (502) can be connected to an outlet of the delivery hose. The printhead can be positionable in three-dimensional space.

    摘要: A plant for conveying material for the production of structural concrete comprises a first container configured to contain a first amount of material, a first detection member configured to detect a variation in the first amount of material and first release members configured to enable and/or disable release of the first amount of material towards a mixing area of the first amount of material. The plant further comprises a second container configured to contain a second amount of material varying between a second minimum and a second maximum reference amount, a second detection member configured to detect a variation in the second amount of material and second release members configured to enable and/or disable release of the second amount of material towards a mixing area. In particular, an unloading opening of the second container is connected to the mixing area, whereas an unloading opening of the first container is connected to a loading opening of the second container or to a mixing area. A control unit is configured at least to enable said release members to release the first amount of material when the second detection member detects the reaching of the second minimum reference amount in the second container. The present invention also relates to a process for conveying material for the production of structural concrete.

    摘要: A device for loading, mixing and delivering ingredients includes a measuring bucket pivotably mounted to the free ends of pickup arms pivotably mounted to a mixing vessel including a lid having a depressed basin with an opening formed therethrough. The mixing vessel and the measuring bucket are simultaneously moved with the measuring bucket in a loading position to fill with ingredients. The measuring bucket is moved relative to the mixing vessel from a transport position to an emptying position emptying the ingredients into the mixing vessel. A linkage is pivotably mounted between the pickup arms and the lid to simultaneously move the lid from a closed position to an open position as the measuring bucket moves from the transport position to the emptying position. The ingredients are mixed by mixing paddles inside the mixing vessel, and the mixed ingredients are released from the mixing vessel through an open gate.

    摘要: A transportable concrete mixing plant is provided and includes a frame, a mixing drum for mixing concrete, a conveying system having at least one rail for moving a pre-measured quantity of premix concrete to the mixing drum, and a supply hopper for directing the pre-measured premix concrete into the mixing drum. The rail forms a support track that is traversed by the supply hopper, which travels from a dispensing position near the mixing drum to a loading position spaced from the mixing drum. Optionally, a concrete pump dispenses flowable concrete received from the mixing drum and pumps it to a remote location, such as a work site.
