    Abstract: A display apparatus having a photosensing function is provided. The display apparatus includes a first pixel circuit and a second pixel circuit. The first pixel circuit includes a light-receiving device, a first transistor, and a second transistor. The second pixel circuit includes a light-emitting device. The light-receiving device includes a first pixel electrode, an active layer, and a common electrode. The light-emitting device includes a second pixel electrode, a light-emitting layer, and the common electrode. The active layer is positioned over the first pixel electrode and includes a first organic compound. The light-emitting layer is positioned over the second pixel electrode and includes a second organic compound different from the first organic compound. The common electrode includes a portion overlapping with the first pixel electrode with the active layer therebetween and a portion overlapping with the second pixel electrode with the light-emitting layer therebetween. The first transistor includes low-temperature polysilicon as a semiconductor layer and the second transistor includes a metal oxide as a semiconductor layer.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a sensor device includes an insulating base including a meandering strip-shaped portion and an island-shaped portion, a first inorganic insulating film on the island-shaped portion, a first wiring layer on the first inorganic insulating film, a second inorganic insulating film on the first wiring layer, a second wiring layer on the second inorganic insulating film, an organic insulating film on the second wiring layer, a barrier film covering the organic insulating film, a sensor element on the barrier film, and a sealing film covering the sensor element. The barrier film covers side surfaces of the organic insulating film, and the sealing film is in contact with the barrier film and the second inorganic insulating film.

    Abstract: According to an aspect, a detection device includes: a sensor including a first photodiode and a second photodiode; and a detection circuit configured to alternately detect an output of the first photodiode and an output of the second photodiode. Anodes of the first photodiode and the second photodiode are configured to be supplied with a first potential. A cathode of the second photodiode is configured to be supplied with a second potential lower than the first potential in a first period in which the output of the first photodiode is detected. A cathode of the first photodiode is configured to be supplied with the second potential in a second period in which the output of the second photodiode is detected.
