A first transistor has a first current terminal receiving an input voltage, and a second current terminal coupled to a first capacitor. A third transistor has a fifth current terminal coupled to the second capacitor, and a sixth terminal coupled to a filter input.     摘要: A dual-path active damper reduces power losses while damping ringing waveforms in resonant circuits. One path clamps the peak value of a node voltage at less than a rated voltage of a protected device while allowing the node voltage to ring and decay naturally. Another path waits for some delay after the peak value is clamped until closing an active switch to draw a reset current through an RC snubber to actively dampen the ringing of the node voltage. The delay and on-time of the active switch are set to reduce or even minimize power losses for damping the ringing waveform within a specified period.

    摘要: A control method, a controller, and a control system including a converter and the controller are provided to improve load responsiveness of control by the converter. The converter has a primary circuit that includes a voltage generation circuit for generating a square wave and a resonant circuit for converting a waveform of the generated square wave, and a secondary circuit that is electromagnetically coupled to the primary circuit and that generates an induced electromotive force. The controller controls the voltage generation circuit by a control target power factor. To implement power factor-based control, the controller controls the voltage generation circuit, based on a derived power factor derived from an active power and an apparent power relevant to the resonant circuit in the primary circuit or a derived power factor derived from a phase of the primary circuit.

    摘要: A controller chip of a flyback converter, a flyback converter and a switched-mode power supply system are disclosed. In the controller chip, a current scaling module is added, which converts a feedback current signal at a feedback pin of the controller chip to allow compensation capacitor with a small capacitance to be integrated into the chip to constitute a required pole compensation module. In this way, a pole required by the feedback pin FB can be successfully provided in the chip. As a result, filtering of high-frequency noise in a feedback path in which the feedback pin FB is located can be achieved, reducing ripple in an output voltage generated by the flyback converter. Moreover, without changing a sampling gain and the compensation pole, it is allowed to greatly reduce the compensation capacitance, for example, to the order of 10 pF.
