The means (34, 36) for allowing coolant to flow through the header (10) may include a plurality of apertures (34, 36) that are aligned with respective ones of the stack of cooling tubes (16, 18) for inspecting the cooling tubes through the apertures. Conductive connectors (54, 58) may be attached to and removed from the header without affecting the consolidation of the conductive strands.
