摘要： A housing assembly for network protector fuses that includes a first and second C-shaped body and one or more cover plates. The first C-shaped body has a generally flat, rectangular front side and generally perpendicular first extension and second extension. The second C-shaped body has a generally flat, rectangular back side and generally perpendicular third extension and fourth. The first and second C-shaped bodies are coupled together forming an enclosure. The first body has one or more openings on the front side. The cover plates are coupled to the first C-shaped member and sealingly disposed over the openings in the first C-shaped body. The front side and the back side have a length sufficient to enclose more than one network protector fuse.

摘要： An improved fuse housing includes a main body and a cover and is configured to receive a fuse. The main body includes a plurality of fins that are configured to increase the surface area of the fuse housing in order to enhance heat dissipation. The main body is formed with a cavity for the fuse and a pair of conductors extending between the interior of the fuse housing and the exterior thereof for connection with the fuse. The cavity is configured to minimize the quantity of air between the fuse and the fuse housing to facilitates heat transfer. Each conductor includes excess studs for connection with the fuse to enhance heat conduction from the fuse. The cover is fastened to the main body with sufficient fasteners to permit the cover to be a stressed member to resist fracturing of the fuse housing from magnetic and other forces from the conductors.

摘要： A fuse base assembly for electrical fuses, including an electrical bus on which a load end fuse clip of the end-user's choice can be attached. The electrical bus is provided with means for attaching the selected load end fuse clip in a linearly adjustable manner such that the end user can adjust the spacing between the line and load end fuse clips as required for the desired fuse. The electrical bus is also provided with a load terminal attaching point such that wiring between the load device and the fuse is easily accomplished.

摘要： A fuse assembly which can securely halt an electric power supply to a load after a blowout of a fuse element in the fuse assembly is provided. The fuse assembly 1 has a pair of terminals 2, a housing 4 and a fuse element 5. Ends 3a of the terminals 2 are received into the housing 4. A pair of the terminals 2 and the fuse element 5 are formed integrally with each other. The fuse element 5 has a pair of supporting parts 39 and the central part 40. The supporting part 39 has a first extended part 41 connected to an end surface 8 of the terminal 2. The central part 40 connects a pair of the supporting parts 39 with each other and is situated at the center between a pair of the terminals 2. A thickness T2 of the fuse element 5 at the central part 40 is formed smaller than a thickness T1 of the fuse element 5 at the first extended part 41.

The housing for the connectors is made in two halves that are heat staked together after the connectors are inserted therein. 摘要： A fuse 1 includes a pair of terminals 2, housing 4 and a fusible body 5. The one ends 3a of the terminals are housed in a housing chamber 20 of the housing 4. The housing 4 has a first inner wall 12a, a second inner wall 12b, a first partition wall 21 and second partition walls 22. The end face 8 of the one end 3a of each of the terminals 2 is located apart from the inner face 12a of the first end wall 21. The fusible body 5 couples the terminals with each other. Both ends of the fusible body 5 are mechanically connected to the end faces 8. The first partition wall 21 extends from the inner face 15a of the first end wall 12a toward the inner face 15b of the second inner wall 12b. The second partition walls 22 extend from the inner face 15b of the second inner wall 12b toward the inner face 15a of the first inner wall 12a. In accordance with the fuse having this configuration, when the fuse is supplied with supplied with power with a current exceeding a prescribed value the fusible body fuses, supply of the power to a load can be surely stopped.

At the inner side which in use is enclosed in a housing of the appliance and thus is not accessible from the outside, at least one electrical fuse is located which is connected in an electrically conducting manner to the corresponding contact pin and the corresponding inner connecting member. An exchanging of the fuse wire insert is possible only from the inner side when the housing of the appliance has been opened, thus only by a skilled person. This allows a simple and low cost solution.
