摘要: A light harvesting supercapacitor and a method of preparing the light harvesting supercapacitor is disclosed. The light harvesting supercapacitor includes a transparent conducting substrate, an active layer including TiO2 nanoparticles and polyaniline (PAM) nanoparticles disposed on the transparent conducting substrate, an electrolyte layer including a solid separator soaked with an electrolyte comprising polyvinyl alcohol and at least one ionic material selected from the group consisting of phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrobromic acid, hydroiodic acid, an alkali metal phosphate salt, an alkali metal sulfate salt, an alkali metal hydroxide, an alkali metal halide, and a mixture of a halogen and an alkali metal halide disposed on the active layer, a carbon electrode disposed on the electrolyte layer, and a metal layer disposed on the activated carbon electrode. The light harvesting supercapacitor of the present disclosure can be used in a photovoltaic device.

摘要: A boron-sulfur-codoped porous carbon material and a preparation method is disclosed. The boron-sulfur-codoped porous carbon material includes a porous carbon, and B and S doped in the surface and pores of the porous carbon; where B has a doping content of 5.56 wt.% to 7.85 wt.%, and S has a doping content of 0.90 wt.% to 1.55 wt.%. Test results of examples show that the boron-sulfur-codoped porous carbon material has high doping contents of B and S, and abundant pores; in a three-electrode system, the material shows a maximum specific capacitance of 168 F·g- 1 to 290.7 F·g-1 at 0.5 A·g-1; after the material is assembled into a symmetrical supercapacitor, the supercapacitor has an ultra-high energy density of 11.3 Wh·kg-1 to 16.65 Wh·kg-1 in a neutral electrolyte system, and has a capacitance retention rate of 97.09% to 100.67% after 10,000 life tests.

摘要: It is disclosed purifies industrial lignin, performs Mannich reaction on purified industrial lignin, aldehyde and amino acid, simultaneously dopes nitrogen and sulfur elements into lignin, and performs high-temperature activation to obtain the carbonized amino acid modified lignin in accordance with a principle of green chemistry; a porous carbon material is prepared from the carbonized amino acid modified lignin by means of a two-step activation method, and an electrochemical workstation is applied to investigate electrochemical performance of the carbonized amino acid modified lignin as a supercapacitor; layered porous carbon having high specific surface area is prepared, the layered porous carbon has high specific heat capacity and stable cycle performance without attenuation when the supercapacitor is prepared from the layered porous carbon, and the method used has a wide application prospect in the aspect of preparing a porous carbon material for the supercapacitor.
