The twisted angle of said twisted baffles is between 100° to 360°. The ratio between the axial length of said heat exchanger tube with the twisted angle 180° of said twisted baffles and the internal diameter of said heat exchanger tube is 2 to 3. The thickness of said twisted baffles is approximated to that of said heat exchanger tube; in every cross section of said heat exchanger tube, the transition zone from the surface of said twisted baffles to the surface of said heat exchanger tube, and vice versa, is in the shape of a concave circular arc. The present invention also relates to a cracking furnace tube, which uses at least one said heat exchanger tube according to the present invention, any two of said heat exchanger tubes are separated from each other in at least one section of the radiation heating furnace tube, the distance between the two adjacent said heat exchanger tubes is at least 5 pitches.

The invention relates to a combined heat exchanger and fluid filter that can be used in a gas turbine engine for example to simultaneously filter lubricating oil and fuel while transferring thermal energy between the oil and fuel. Conventionally, fuel and oil filters as well as a heat exchanger are separately mounted in an engine with a multitude of pipes conducting fluids between them. The invention packages these components together and achieves several benefits as a results, including: reduction in number of parts, cost of manufacture and installation; containment of the risk of damage or leakage; ease of access for assembly, inspection and maintenance; and simple application to a number of different engines by merely extending the length of the filters/exchanger on a standard manifold design.

The flat disks substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation and located inside of the drum type impeller. The fins or flat plates substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation and located outside of said drum type impeller. The heatsink further comprises heat-spreading means that provide thermal contact between the base and the flat disks and flat plates. The heat-spreading means may be heat-pipes.

A new fin pattern of a ribbed vortex generator for use in an air conditioner or heat exchanger. It has multiple protruding turbulent prisms placed around a round tube on a radiation fin. Each protruding turbulent prism is strip rib-shaped 3D structure with one end higher and the other end lower. Each of the multiple protruding turbulent prisms is placed around the round tube at proper intervals, and oriented to the direction that fluid flows. The higher ends of a first pair of prisms are placed on the front end entrance of the round tube and the higher ends of a second pair of prisms are placed on the exit, which improves the heat transfer but causes little pressure drop-off.

The bell mouth shaped inlet has its front edge spaced from the rear surface of the radiator by a clearance D, and forms a space around its front peripheral edge. A space is formed via the space, and opens around the periphery of the shroud. The ratio A:B is 1:3 to 5, preferably approximately 1:4, where A denotes a difference between maximum and minimum diameters of the bell mouth shaped outlet of the shroud, and B notes a length of the shroud.
