The modular element including a lubricating conduit intercepted by a flow regulator and a compressed air conduit. The lubricating conduit and the compressed air conduit being coupled with an air-lubricant mixing element. On the compressed air conduit upstream to the mixing element a vortex tube is provided, to cool down the temperature of the air flow at which the lubricant is mixed.

    摘要: Particles, embedded into a sliding layer, have a coating, within which a lubricant, e.g., a liquid, is contained. A component with the sliding layer provides a sliding surface that can be used as a backup bearing to ensure emergency operating properties, for example, of a shaft that is mounted in a main bearing. When the shaft strikes the bearing surface, the coating of the particles that are exposed on the bearing surface are destroyed and the lubricant can exit. Advantageously, the sliding properties of the sliding surface are thereby improved.

    摘要: Proposed are triboelectric generator using a lubricant-infused surface controlled by a magnetic field and a manufacturing method thereof. The triboelectric generator 10 includes a substrate 100, an electrode unit 200 positioned on the substrate 100 and including a first electrode 210 and a second electrode 220, a stabilization layer 300 positioned on the substrate 100 and the electrode unit 200 and including a first elastic polymer 310, and a magneto-controllable unit 400 positioned on the stabilization layer 300 and including a lubricant 420 and a plurality of protrusion-shaped microcomposites 410, in which the microcomposite includes a magnetic material 411 and a second elastic polymer 412. The protrusion-shaped microcomposite is partially immersed in the lubricant, improves power generation efficiency, and can perform reversible switching according to the direction of the magnetic field.
