    摘要: A system for in situ rehabilitation of a corrugated culvert or other conduit includes a support frame coupled to an inner surface of the culvert. The support frame provides attachment points that are spaced away from the inner surface of the culvert. An assembly of interconnected longitudinal planks is coupled to the support frame and forms a liner within the culvert. Each longitudinal plank has an inwardly facing surface that forms a portion of an inner surface of the liner and an outwardly facing surface opposite the inwardly facing surface. At least one longitudinal protrusion extends away from the outwardly facing surface of each longitudinal plank. A layer of a cured cementitious grout material fills or substantially fills a space between the inner surface of the host pipe and the plurality of interconnected planks, and the at least one longitudinal protrusion of each longitudinal plank is embedded within the cured cementitious grout material.

    摘要: A pipe liner re-flaring system and method for use with a water pipe containing a pipe liner. The pipe liner re-flaring system and method generally include a compression coupling comprising a pair of female compression fittings and a dual ended male compression fitting connected between the female compression fittings. The female compression fittings are adapted to fit over and secure the lined water pipe and a second pipe to be joined with open ends of the pipe liner and the pipe to be joined in direct contact within the male compression fitting. A pipe liner expansion tool and a pipe liner flaring tool are used to expand and re-flare the open end of the pipe liner so that the pipe liner is in contact with an inner wall of the compression coupling to prevent leakage and contact between fluids flowing in the pipes and the material of the pipes and compression coupling.

    摘要: A leak-sealing device for sealing a leak in a container, a tank and/or a pipe includes a housing-type carrier unit, at least one expandable sealing member provided on an end region of the carrier unit, which does not expand, or only a little, in the storage position thereof, and at least one fluid connection and/or at least one fluid-release unit which is coupled to the carrier unit in such a way that, during the supply of fluid, the leak-sealing member is at least partially filled and expanded with the fluid in the sealing position thereof by means of a fluid supply. A method for sealing a leak using the leak-sealing device and to a system including the leak-sealing device and a fluid-supply device utilizes a release unit for fluid release.
