摘要： Several embodiments of a drive pin retention system for mining chains comprise a drive pin, dowel pin, and retainer, wherein the dowel pin is fitted through the holes of a retainer aligned with the holes of the dowel pin and pressed with force so that the tolerance between the dowel pin and retainer is very close. In one embodiment, the retainer is tack welded and then the dowel pin is tack welded to further increase the tolerance and prevent loosening or movement of the retainer due to vibration.

The storage device includes a vertical fixing section at an end and a horizontal tying end at the other end, and the tying section includes at least one opening section, and the opening section includes an external end and an internal end, and the width of the opening section is tapered from the external end to the internal end, such that a pairs of suspending arms are formed between the internal end of the opening section and the hollow hole, so as to tie a chain to a flexible suspending arm and prevent the chain from being jammed in the storage device. The chain can be easily released even if the chain is jammed.

摘要： A power transmission chain has opposed first link members arranged alternately with opposed second link members along the length of the chain. The first and second link members are connected to one another in an articulated manner such that there is rolling contact between the two at respective bearing surfaces. The second link members are disposed freely between adjacent pins. Each first link member is connected in a friction fit to each end of the pin. The bearing surfaces run transverse to the longitudinal axis of the chain. The design reduces the polygonal effect by providing for two articulating joints between adjacent pins and significantly reduces wear by providing rolling contact at the bearing surfaces.

摘要： A component (1) for regulating or modifying the effective length of a round steel chain (22) has at least one cross recess consisting of a longer recess (12) and a shorter recess (6). The chain can be threaded into the cross recess. The component also has a pin (11) for fixing the component in a particular position in relation to the chain (22). The pin forms a blocking element and has at least one groove (14) which forms the end of the longer recess when the cross recess is free. During normal operation, the groove is forced by a spring (10) into a position in which the pin (11) blocks the cross recess.
