摘要： The present disclosure relates to a self-diagnosis type ground anchor and a construction method. The self-diagnosis type ground anchor includes: a bond length part located at a predetermined depth of a boring hole excavated from a target surface of the ground; a head part located near the target surface; and a tensile material provided by connecting the bond length part and the head part in a state of receiving a tensile force, so as to deliver an anchorage force of the bond length part to a structure. The self-diagnosis type ground anchor further includes a displacement measurement material of which one end is fixed at a predetermined position of the bond length part and the other end is placed in a free end form on the target surface, provided such that a relative displacement of the target surface for the bond length part can be detected.

摘要： A high-strength confined concrete support system for an underground tunnel. The support system includes multiple confined concrete arches, bolts and cables, and a prestressed steel strand backfilling system. The confined concrete arches all support the surrounding rock of the tunnel and are sequentially arranged along the tunnel. Every two adjacent confined concrete arches are connected by a longitudinal connection structure. The support system is provided with a plurality of layers of steel bar meshes on the surrounding rock side and the tunnel side, and shotcrete layers are sprayed on the support system and the steel bar meshes. The prestressed steel strand backfilling system comprises a prestressed steel strand system and a filling material. The filling material fills the space between each confined concrete arch and the surrounding rock to equalize a load on the confined concrete arch and generate prestress.

摘要： Roof bolt bearing plate and method are disclosed for use in underground mining operations. A dome-shaped roof bolt bearing plate and method support the roof in a mine. The bearing plate is round or elliptical different from conventional commercial roof support devices. No dangerous edges and corners protrude downward. A recessed center is lower than the outer rim. A thin outer rim conforms to roof irregularities. The roof bolt bearing plate and method have been found to provide important advantages over conventional commercial roof support devices, including (1) concealing the head of the roof bolt to a preferred degree, (2) conforming to the roof's irregularities which will cause causing the plate to remain tight, (3) provide readability so the installer can to determine the quality and integrity of installation and anchorage, and (4) compressing the lower strata of the mine roof, thereby and creating a beam like support for the upper layers of the mine roof.

摘要： A yielding head for reducing the need to recondition a rock mass. The yielding head includes a mine hole cradle and a longitudinally movable bar therein. The bar, which is connected to an extension bolt, is registered with a collapsible bubble serrated yielding element circumscribing the bar. As the rock mass is displaced the bar is drawn into the mine hole. The yielding element absorbs the stress on the bar in a controlled manner.

摘要： A drive nut (3,7) for a rock bolt, incorporating a nut (7) with a crimped protrusion (9), and an insert (3). The protrusion is crimped to form a plurality of lips (8) adapted to retain insert (3) in the head of the nut (7), the crimping being effected by a pressing tool having a number of preferably square bars. By this crimping technique, the drive nut (3,7) can be fabricated in such a way that the breaking torque required to expel the insert (3) from the nut (7) can be limited to a predetermined range.

摘要： A rock bolt stabilizer device which can be arranged in boreholes for stabilizing rock and similar host environments in mining and tunneling. The device is adapted to perform the function of a rigid profile anchor under predetermined stress conditions, and is also adapted to perform the function of an expansion anchor under given stress conditions. The device generally comprises an anchor member with mix end which can be secured near the base of the respective borehole by means of a cementitious composition. For tensioning, the other end of the anchor member can carry a bearing plate, a spacer, and a fastener for tensioning. The device also includes a sleeve which performs the function of a rigid anchor, and the sleeve substantially surrounds the anchor member. An increased armoring and anchoring efficiency is achieved with the device.

摘要： A bore is formed through the strata of a mine roof to allow deep insertion of an anchor therein. A support assembly passes through the bore and permits the mounting of a micrometer thereto. The lower end of the support assembly provides means for biasing a switch housing against the ceiling of the roof; As the housing moves downwardly in response to downward displacement of the roof ceiling, the micrometer actuates the switch and completes a warning circuit. Instead of the switch, a linear displacement transducer can be substituted so that as increased engagement between the micrometer and the transducer occurs, precise readings proportional to mine ceiling displacement can be made.
