摘要: A rail retaining device has a shoulder member for bearing on a lateral side of a rail flange. The shoulder has a downwardly facing abutment surface. A rail clip is of bent rod symmetrical about a vertical plane. The clip has an inner portion bearing on the flange, intermediate limb portions reacting with the abutment surface and flexed resiliently downwardly in the installed position, and an outer portion connected to each intermediate limb portion and extending arcuately outwardly and downwardly to a lower portion adapted to bear on a bearing surface.

摘要: A rail fixing clip of a railway for fixing a rail of the railway with respect to a rail support has an insertion portion and a support portion. The insertion portion includes a hinge portion of a straight line rod shape and a couple-of-force portion extended from one end of the hinge portion and arranged in parallel with respect to the hinge portion above the hinge portion and inserted into an elongated hole of a fixing implement of the rail support. The support portion includes a co-working portion extended from the other end of the couple-of-force portion and arranged in parallel with respect to the couple-of-force portion above the couple-of-force portion and a pressing portion extended from the co-working portion and arranged in parallel with respect to the insertion portion at a certain horizontal distance below the co-working portion for thereby pressing the upper surface of the flange portion of the rail.

摘要: A system for securing a rail to a concrete railroad tie employing a two-piece insulator spacer that improves the resistance of the insulator spacer to the crushing deterioration induced by laterally-directed compressive forces during service. The insulator spacer comprises an upper member and a post member. The post member is subjected to high compressive loads in service and consists of composite material that is sufficiently electrically insulating to operably electrically insulate the rail with which the insulator spacer is in contact from the shoulder insert with which the improved insulator spacer is also in contact.

摘要: A rail clip that is generally symmetrical about a central axis. The clip has an L-shaped base section having a horizontal leg that is securable to a support member upon which the rail rest and a vertical leg that extends upwardly from the base adjacent to the rail. An arm extends outwardly over the rail from the vertical leg of the base section and an elongated beam is mounted in the distal end of the arm that extends outwardly to either side of the arm so that beams run longitudinally along the rail. A contact pad is carried on both ends of the beam which normally rest in holding contact against the rail. As the rail is displaced upwardly in reference to the arm, second contact points are established to progressively stiffen the clip.

摘要: A fastener having a grip member (1) that is insertable into a mounting space (3) of a hollow structure (2) and serves in the detachable fastening of an object to the hollow structure. The grip member (1) is rotatable inside the hollow structure such that the grip member (1) grips behind holding projections provided inwardly of the hollow body longitudinal walls. The holding projections are for fastening of the object between a stop (7), that outwardly abuts the edges of the hollow structure's longitudinal walls (4) lining the mounting space and can be fixedly clamped to the grip member (1). A spring biased element (13) acting perpendicular to the stop (7) is arranged between the grip member and the stop. The result is that pre-fixation of the fastener to the hollow structure is made possible. By means of a coupling (15) between the stop (7) and the rear grip member (1) its positions are precisely fixed.

The inventive rail system is characterized in that the packing, once it is adapted to the contour of the rail, fills the remaining gap entirely and is provided with electrical insulation.

摘要: A rail retaining device has a shoulder that has a body portion, a hook-in leg portion and a bearing portion, and adapted to be pivoted from an installation position. To install the device, the body portion is inclined relative to a plate form tie, and the hook-in leg portion is inserted through an aperture in the tie. The shoulder is moved to an erected position, in which the hook-in leg portion engages an underside of the plate tie and the bearing portion engages on an upper side of the tie. A clip is located relative to the shoulder by engagement with the shoulder is inserted between a side surface of the body portion and a rail flange and retains the shoulder in an erected position.
