Abstract: The invention relates to a heating component and an ironing head thereof, which belongs to the technical field of a garment steamer. The heating component comprises a heat conducting base and a heating element embedded in the heat conducting base and used for heating the heat conducting base, wherein the heat conducting base is provided with a second atomizing cavity, a first atomizing cavity and a third atomizing cavity, the first atomizing cavity is connected with the second atomizing cavity, the second atomizing cavity and the heat conducting base are provided with a water inlet connected with the first atomizing cavity, the heat conducting base is also provided with an air outlet connected with the third atomizing cavity, and a plurality of first bulges or first grooves are arranged on the bottom surfaces of the second atomizing cavity, the first atomizing cavity and the third atomizing cavity. The technical proposal has the advantages of extending the heating stroke and increasing the contact area between water and/or steam and the heat conducting base, thereby increasing the heating area, and ensuring adequate heating vaporization and high ironing temperature.

Abstract: An ironing panel and an ironing device are related to clothes ironing appliances. The temperature distribution of existing ironing panels is non-uniform during ironing. The ironing panel of the invention comprises a panel body provided with a patch having a patch ironing surface, the patch ironing surface and a main ironing surface are continuous to form a complete ironing surface, and a gap is reserved between the patch and the panel body to form a heat homogenizing cavity. When the ironing panel works, an electric heater transfers heat to the panel body, the main ironing surface away from the electric heater is maintained at a low temperature, and heat from the electric heater is indirectly transferred to the patch ironing surface via the main ironing surface and the heat homogenizing cavity rather than being directly transferred to the patch ironing surface.

This invention allows promoting steam generation operating in a high temperature for a better steam capability, while keeping a lower temperature of the ironing plate which prevents damaging garments during ironing.

The iron may include a first adjustable wing and a second adjustable wing joined to a pivoting hub, such that the adjustable wings are configured to pivot about the hub with respect to each other. At least a portion of each adjustable wing may be configured to rotate between a detailing position and an ironing position.
