    摘要： The small finishing installation (100) for continuous strips of textile fabric includes a steam-filled housing (2) into which feed rolls (5) can be introduced at each end. Located in the housing are sets of fabric-handling equipment disposed symmetrically with respect to the vertical plane (40) running across the middle of the housing (2). Disposed in this vertical plane (40) is a squeezer unit (37) from which the strip of fabric can pass, against each feed roll (5), through a treatment bath (30) and then over an array (20) of guide rollers disposed above an open tank (26). The continuous strip of fabric (10) can be wound back and forth between the feed rolls (5), thus making it possible to carry out a variety of different treatments.

    摘要： The object of the present invention is to make the addition of a dye solution to a long cloth passing through the interior of a high temperature and high pressure steamer continuously, smoothly and surely. Suitable amount of moisture is added to a cloth prior to the supply thereof to a high temperature and high pressure steamer, and a dye solution is added to the thus soaked cloth with the use of nozzles in the interior of the high pressure steamer body. The addition of the dye solution can be made on the entire surface of the cloth speedily and effectively in the interior of the high temperature and high pressure steamer.

    摘要： Length of an elongated belt-like cloth receivable in a treatment tank is increased by a compact and simple mechanism, and, moreover, impact force applied to the cloth is enhanced, whereby efficiency in cloth treatment such as washing in water, scouring, dyeing and treatment quality are improved. A treatment tank 10 used in carrying out the invention is divided into a front chamber 12 and a rear chamber 14, and a cylindrical rotary member 28 comprising a plurality of rods 30 arranged to form a cylinder is disposed on the midway of a passage 26 communicating the two chambers. A predetermined length of the cloth 20 is fed into the treatment tank, and the cylindrical rotary member is rotated alternately in forward and reverse directions, whereby conveyance of the cloth is repeated between the front and rear chambers, and during such repetition of conveyance, a required treatment is applied to the cloth.

    摘要： An apparatus for the continuous wet treatment of woven fabrics and knitted fabrics comprising a casing providing with an entry slot and an exit slot for the fabric under treatment, a curved widening cylinder, a series of rollers covered with a rubber layer with their axes parallel and transverse to the fabric feed path, the rollers being arranged in zig-zag formation in a vertical plane one in contact with the next. The series of rollers comprises in succession idle rollers, presser rollers and a motorized roller. The apparatus also comprises a squeezing roller positioned in proximity to said exit slot in contact with the motorized roller. There are also provided devices for adjusting the contact pressure between the presser rollers and their adjacent rollers and between said squeezing roller and its adjacent roller, and pairs of scraper seals positioned against the side ends of each mutually contacting roller pair of said series. Finally, there are provided two treatment liquid feed pipes in the top of the casing in positions corresponding with two different contact regions between the rollers, and a treatment liquid discharge pipe.

The cleaning of the guide rolls in the wet heat treating chamber can easily and surely be done, and therefore the dyeing and washing of a cloth can be done in combination with the use of a single apparatus satisfactorily.
