摘要:
The present invention provides a method for creping a nonwoven web using a hot melt adhesive as the creping adhesive. As a second aspect of the present invention, an internal adhesive is added to the polymers used to produce the nonwoven web during the nonwoven web forming process and this internal adhesive adheres the nonwoven web to the creping roll. Using the processes of the present invention, more energy efficient methods are provided for creping nonwoven webs. The creped nonwoven webs of the present invention are useful in a wide variety of application including as wipes, liners, transfer or surge layers, outercovers, other fluid handling materials and looped attachment materials for hook and loop fasteners.

The present invention discloses a knitted fabric having excellent wash fastness and light fastness, and a process of preparing for the same. More particularly, the knitted fabric of the present invention has a ultra fine yarn including a dope dyed component selected from the group consisting of carbon black, pigments and dyestuffs on the face and/or back and has a wash fastness of more than level 2-3 and a light fastness of more than level (5). In addition, in the process of the present invention, a sea-island type conjugate fiber is used in which a dope dyed component such as carbon black or the like is contained in a fiber forming component as a face yarn and/or back yarn. The knitted fabric of the present invention is used for materials of artificial leathers or ladies' clothes.

A knitted fabric for use as a shade net, comprises a single series of 400 Denier monofilament threads M of high density polyethylene (HDPE) which are formed into pillar stitches, a second series of HDPE 350 Denier monotapes which are knitted in a zig-zag fashion to form a Sammt stitch, and a third series of HDPE 350 Denier monotapes which are added as a filler. The fabric is knitted on a warp knitting machine wherein the gaps between the latch needles are null of an inch. The monofilament threads extend in a warp direction and the second series of monotapes extend in a weft direction. The monotapes of the second series traverse four needle gaps, whereas the monotapes of the third series traverse two adjacent needles in a weft direction.

A flat multifilament yarn knitted fabric having excellent bulkiness, drape, and waternullsweat-absorbability is a knitted fabric comprising multifilament yarns each comprising a plurality of flat cross section shape-having filaments comprising a fiber-forming thermoplastic polymer as a main component. In the above-described flat cross section, three or more expanded portions expanded toward the outside of the longitudinal central line of the flat cross section per half side of the flat cross section, and two or more constricted portions formed between the expanded portions per half side are approximately symmetrically formed on both the sides of the longitudinal central line with respect to the above-described longitudinal central line. Cross section flatness represented by the ratio (B/C1) of the length (B) of the above-described modified cross section in the direction of the longitudinal central line to the maximum width (C1) in the direction orthogonal to the direction of the longitudinal central line is in a range of 2 to 6. The above-described multifilament yarns are comprised in the knitted fabric in an amount of 50 to 100 percent by weight based on the total weight of the knitted fabric.

The invention provides a wearable electrode apparatus and manufacture thereof. The wearable electrode apparatus includes a garment and 2M terminals. The garment includes 2M electrically conductive portions. Each of the terminals is disposed on one of the 2M electrically conductive portions, respectively, for purpose of connection with an external apparatus. In particular, a semi-garment is first formed and cut out from a fabric according to a pattern of the garment. The electrically conductive portions are formed together with or after the formation of the semi-garment. Then, the semi-garment with the electrically conductive portions is formed into the garment.

A multifilament yarn including a low number of filaments in the yarn bundle that is highly resilient and that is comfortable to a wearer of fabric including such yarn. The yarns have applications in various fabric constructions, such as multi-layer, weft knit spacer fabrics, multilayer, warp knit spacer fabrics, single layer, warp knit fabrics, and single layer, weft knit fabrics. The highly resilient, non-irritating multifilament yarns and fabrics formed therewith can be advantageously utilized in articles of clothing, apparel, and medical garments.

A thread and a fabric are provided which are capable of being dyed to have a desired color and are formed of a metal-plated yarn excellent in antibacterial and electro-magnetic shielding properties. The thread for achieving this object is a composite thread (1) consisting of a chain stitch yarn (3) formed of a dyeable yarn and a metal-plated yarn (2) inserted as a core yarn into the chain stitch yarn (3). A fabric or a weft-knit product formed of the composite yarn (1) is excellent in antibacterial and electro-magnetic shielding properties and capable of having a favorable appearance of desired color. If the metal-plated yarn is directly arranged in the warp-knit fabric, the metal-plated yarn (51, 52, 53, 54) is preferably inserted to be invisible to a human eye from the surface of the warp-knit fabric.
