摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing a titanium-containing ultra-low-carbon steel, comprising molten iron pretreatment, converter primary smelting, vacuum refining, continuous casting, hot rolling, pickling, and cold rolling. After vacuum refining decarbonization is finished, the content of free oxygen in molten steel is 100-350 ppm; after Al is then added for deoxidation treatment, the circulation time of the molten steel is greater than or equal to 3 min; after other alloys and rare earth elements are then added to the molten steel to adjust the components of the molten steel to the specifications of a finished product, the circulation time of the molten steel is greater than or equal to 2 min; and finally, an oxide Re2O3·Al2O3 is generated in the molten steel, and the vacuum refining is finished. The method can effectively improve the properties of a deoxidation inclusion in steel, solve the problem of smooth running of casting of the molten steel, reduce the incidence of cold rolling defects caused by Al2O3, and improve the product quality of the titanium-containing ultra-low-carbon steel.

摘要: A method for producing chromium-containing molten steel from a raw material including a chromium-containing raw material includes a first step in which a slag basicity before rough decarburization by oxygen blowing is adjusted to be not less than 1.5 and not more than 3.0, a slag basicity after rough decarburization by oxygen blowing is adjusted to be not less than 2.0 and not more than 3.5, and then tapping is performed while slag containing a chromium oxide generated by the oxygen blowing is made to remain in the furnace, and a second step in which the slag containing a chromium oxide made to remain is reduced by using a carbon source or a metal source newly added into the same furnace so that chromium is recovered into molten steel. The slag basicity is determined by dividing a CaO concentration by an SiO2 concentration on a mass basis in the slag.

摘要: A decarburization refining method for molten steel under reduced pressure. The method includes an oxygen-blowing decarburization and a rimmed decarburization. Using operation data taken at a time when oxygen-blowing decarburization is started and a time when oxygen-blowing decarburization is ended, an amount of carbon removed while the oxygen-blowing decarburization is performed is estimated. Based on the estimated amount of carbon removed, a carbon concentration in molten steel at a time when the rimmed decarburization is started is estimated. Using the estimated value as the carbon concentration in molten steel at the time when the rimmed decarburization is started, a change over time in the carbon concentration in molten steel while the rimmed decarburization is performed is calculated. Based on the calculated change over time in the carbon concentration in molten steel while the rimmed decarburization is performed, a determination is made about a time when the rimmed decarburization is ended.

摘要: Provided is a straight barrel type vacuum refining device comprising a vacuum chamber and a snorkel; during the vacuum refining the snorkel is inserted into the molten steel of the steel ladle, it is characterized in that, disposing a circulating tube being on the circumference of said snorkel, and blowing argon gas into the snorkel through the nozzles on an inner wall of a circulating tube; said circulating tubes are disposed in layers, the nozzles on the circulating tubes in the same layer are individually controlled as 2-6 in one group; disposing an eccentric gas permeable brick at the bottom of said steel ladle, and blowing argon gas into the steel ladle through the eccentric gas permeable brick, driving a circulating flow molten steel between the steel ladle and the vacuum chamber by using different blowing flow rate combinations of a steel ladle bottom blowing and each individually controlled unit of the circulating tube blowing system.

摘要: The vacuum pump (10) comprises at least one rotor shaft (12) having a rotor section (14) with a rotor (16), a bearing section (18) with a bearing (20), and a shaft sealing system (22) that is axially situated between the rotor section (14) and the bearing section (18). The shaft sealing system (22) axially comprises, on the side of the rotor, a gas seal (32) and, on the side of the bearing, an oil seal (34). The shaft sealing system (22) additionally comprises, between the gas seal (32) and the oil seal (34), a separating chamber, which surrounds the rotor shaft (12) and is ventilated by at least one separating chamber ventilation duct (60, 62). This enables the pressure differential that decreases via the gas seal and t he pressure differential that decreases via the oil seal to be adjusted. An appropriate adjustment can prevent oil on the bearing side from passing through the oil seal toward the separating chamber.
