摘要： Anionic araliphatic compounds which correspond to the general formula ##STR1## wherein A is a mono- or binuclear aromatic radical,R is alkyl having 4 to 22 carbon atoms,X is alkyl having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, of Z.sub.1 and Z.sub.2, one is hydrogen and the other is hydrogen or methyl,M is a cation, and n is 1 to 21; these compounds are particularly useful as dyeing auxiliaries, especially as levelling agents, in the dyeing or printing of synthetic polyamide fibres with anionic dyes.

摘要： Polyhalobenzylic disulfooxonium compounds are produced by the reaction of aromatic methyl, halomethyl or hydroxymethyl substituents with sulfur trioxide. The disulfooxonium salts are readily converted to alcohols by hydrolysis to provide monomers for the production of fire resistant polymers and additives for polymers. Likewise, the disulfooxonium compounds of this invention present chemical intermediates for a wide range of useful products such as halogenated pesticides.

摘要： A compound having at least one --SO.sub.2 CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 OSO.sub.3 M group in the molecule, wherein M is hydrogen or an alkali metal, which is useful as a reactive dye for dying cellulose fiber materials or as an intermediate for production of said reactive dye, is industrially advantageously produced in a high yield and a high quality by esterification of a compound having at least one --SO.sub.2 CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 OH in the molecule using a sulfuric acid-esterifying agent in the presence of a water-insoluble organic solvent and a secondary or tertiary amine.
