摘要: The invention relates to a connecting device (2) for connecting a container (F) containing a powder/granular product to an isolator (1) with a connecting opening (120), through which the container (F) is introduced into the isolator (1) for emptying as intended, wherein the connecting device (2) comprises:

the control device is configured to control the transfer device (210, 230) in such a way that it transfers the holding device (220) together with the container (F) from an initial holding position in which the container (F) is received in the holding device (220) as intended, into an emptying position such that at least an opening of the container (F), via which the powder/granular product is removed for emptying the container (F) as intended, is introduced into the isolator (1) through the connecting opening (120).-

摘要: An unscrambler machine receives a load of wooden boards in its hopper. The unscrambler steadily dispenses one board at a time onto a grading “waterfall” conveyor. When the board leaves the unscrambler, it is relatively aligned, but not always adequately aligned, perpendicular to the direction of travel of the conveyor. In the case that multiple tiered “waterfall” conveyors are used, the board is cascaded down each waterfall configuration and will continue to be straightened out by nature of the effect of gravity on the board as it slides down to encounter the conveyor chain of each conveyor tier.

摘要: A loading car for picking up, transporting onward and discharging bulk material has a car frame supported on on-track undercarriages and a distributing conveyor belt extending in a longitudinal direction of the car, for transporting the bulk material to discharge devices. The distributing conveyor belt is constructed to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the car for selectively charging the discharge devices. A first discharge device is constructed as a chute disposed above a track. A second as well as a third discharge device are constructed in each case as a conveyor belt pivotable about a vertical axis and each has a receiving end positioned in the region of the axes.

摘要: A weighing apparatus for the preparation of a mixture of granular components that comprise batches of material required by a plurality of processing machines in a plant for the manufacture of plastic products is described. The apparatus comprises a Multi-Channel Gravimetric Batch Blender (MCGBB) configured to weigh predetermined weights of the raw materials and to combine the weighed portions of raw materials into batches according to a predetermined recipe for each processing machine and a computer that controls the operation of all components of the MCGBB. The MCGBB comprises several weighing units arranged in a way that allows material weighed in each of the weighing units to fall through individual chutes via a common funnel into a manifold that distributes the weighed batches to several processing machines via a system of delivery pipes.

摘要: A device for dividing a flow of lumpy material into two sub-flows comprises a dividing mechanism which comprises a dividing edge for splitting the material flow into two sub-flows, an apparatus for directing the material to the dividing mechanism and an apparatus for diverting the two sub-flows away from the dividing mechanism. The dividing edge can be moved back and forth in its longitudinal direction following its own track. Embodiments of the device can permit the wear on the dividing edge to be more evenly distributed and the service life of the device may thereby be increased.

摘要: A grain distributor (10) comprises a sector-shaped housing (12) with a plurality of hoppers (22) secured to the arcuate end of the housing (12) and a plurality of intake spouts (32) directed to the upper end of the housing (12). A plurality of swinging spouts (42) are provided within the housing (12), each swinging spout corresponding to a single intake spout. Each spout (42) is mounted for independent movement within the housing (12) such that a lower end (50) of each spout may be disposed in registration with a hopper (22) while maintaining an upper end (46) in registry with one of the intake spouts (32). Each spout (42) is driven by a rotatable shaft (64) having a slotted nut (74) journaled thereon which is pivotably connected to the spout (42). The shaft (64) is driven by a reversible motor (70). Microswitches (88) are mounted to rails (82) and positioned adjacent each hopper (22 ) in order to send a signal to a control panel (120) when the spout (42) is in registry with the hopper (22).

摘要: A dispersion feeder used in a combination weighing machine for distributively feeding product to be weighed out to a plurality of weighing units arranged around it. The feeder is characterized in that it includes a mechanism for effecting rotational movement of the center or apex of its dispersion table. This movement exerts a centrifugal force on product fed onto the table, including product in and near the center of the table, thereby ensuring that such product is removed from the table.
