    Abstract: A closure for a medical solution containing bottle, including a cap having a shroud disposed in closing relation to the neck and access opening of the bottle. The cap is removably connected to the bottle and may include a shrouded tamper evident indicator member connected to an interior surface of the shroud, at least initially inwardly of an open end of thereof in a non-visually observable location. Upon removal of the cap from the bottle and replacement thereof, the indicator member will be disposed exteriorly of the shroud in a visually observable location on the bottle. The closure may also include a spout integrated into the cap in a fixed, removable connection therewith, such that the spout is movable with the cap into closing relation of cap to the bottle neck and access opening.

    Abstract: An eye drop or eye wash dispenser assembly includes a dispenser bottle having a nipple for dispensing eye drops, and a cap removably coupleable to the dispenser bottle over the nipple. An eye cup removably fits over at least a portion of the dispenser bottle and couples to the bottle. The eye cup has a first open end with an oval shape and a second open end with a circular shape that is opposite the first open end. The eye cup can be coupled to the dispenser bottle in a stowed position where the eye cup is disposed below the nipple, and can be inverted and coupled to the dispenser bottle in a deployed position where the eye cup is disposed so that it extends distally of and around the nipple. The eye cup in the deployed position can be supported on or rest on the periphery of the eye socket to facilitate delivery of eye drops into a user's eye.

    Abstract: The device (100) for packaging and dispensing a product, liquid or in gel form, optionally for an ophthalmic application, comprises a container (1) containing the product to be dispensed by a dispensing head (7), as well as a refilling and filtering assembly for the air entering the container (1) after a dispensing, the dispensing head delimiting one or more dosing chambers (5) and including at its end a flexible part (7) which can be actuated to allow the release of the dose of product in a compressed state of said chamber (5). The air refilling and filtering assembly has a sterilizing filter (11) which cooperates with a check valve (12), this assembly (11, 12) being typically located in a central or inner portion of the head (7). The supply of outside air is accomplished by means of a channel (16) leading to an outer orifice (10) able to be obturated by a cover (15).
