Abstract: A container includes a base and conically formed, hollow corner columns that project from the base and are open on the underside of the base. Corner columns of another, structurally identical or compatible container can penetrate into the hollow corner columns of the container from the underside of the base, so that the two containers can be nested. The corner columns can be closed by a slide element so that the container can be stacked on the corner columns of the other container. A side wall projects from the base and is open on the underside of the base. The sidewall is between two corner columns such that a side wall of the other container can penetrate into the side wall from the underside of the base to nest the two containers. The side wall and the corner columns can be closed at the base by a slide element.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a storage container is disclosed. The storage container includes a plurality of sidewalls and a bottom wall operably coupled to the plurality of sidewalls. The bottom wall and the plurality of sidewalls together define a storage cavity. A storage container also includes a support bracket that transitions from a first position where the support bracket is contained within an exterior perimeter of the bottom wall to a second position where the support bracket extends past the exterior perimeter of the bottom wall. The support bracket may be used to support the storage container on an adjacent storage container, such that the storage container can be nested within an adjacent storage container or positioned above the adjacent storage container.

Abstract: The present invention provides a stackable container, including a base wall having multiple corners, a side wall that is generally perpendicular to the base wall, and an end wall that is generally perpendicular to the base wall and the side wall. The base wall, the side wall, and the end wall are substantially rectangular or square in shape and define an interior space. Also, a plurality of retractable support members are provided that are movable between an extended support position and a retracted position. The support members, located at the four bottom corners or four sides of the base wall of the stackable container, support the stackable container on top of another container, when the support members are in an extended support position. When the support member is in a retracted position, the containers may be nested. In an alternate embodiment, the container may have a round shape with retractable support members.

Abstract: A storage tote system includes a body having a peripheral upper edge and hinged latches located at either end the peripheral upper edge. Each hinged latch includes lateral arms having pivot pins. The lateral arms are connected to an upper flange. The upper flange has an engagement tab extending from its lower surface. The storage tote system also includes a lid with an upper surface having complimentary recessed features on opposite ends, and a peripheral, downwardly facing groove.Each hinged latch is configured to be rotated about their pivot pins so that the upper flange is rotated onto the complimentary recessed feature. An aperture formed within the recessed feature of the lid's upper surface receives the engagement tab to securing the lid onto the body. Each hinged latch can also be rotated outwardly, away from the lid in order to disengage the engagement tab without deforming the lid.
