    Abstract: Disclosed is a double-wall vacuum-insulated food container with complementary lid. The body of the container has a base and an upwardly-extending side wall terminating in an upper free edge. The container also has an inner portion and a complementary outer portion with a gap between. The lid sealingly fits onto the upper free edge of the container. The lid includes a central member and a surrounding frame with a sealing ring. The sealing ring serves as an interface between a lower peripheral edge of the frame and the upper free edge of the container. The frame has fastening members which complementary features disposed about the upper free edge of the container. Within the container is a separator having an outer profile substantially complementary with an inner contour of the container, whereby the interior of the container may be selectively divided by a user.

    Abstract: A storage tote system includes a body having a peripheral upper edge and hinged latches located at either end the peripheral upper edge. Each hinged latch includes lateral arms having pivot pins. The lateral arms are connected to an upper flange. The upper flange has an engagement tab extending from its lower surface. The storage tote system also includes a lid with an upper surface having complimentary recessed features on opposite ends, and a peripheral, downwardly facing groove.Each hinged latch is configured to be rotated about their pivot pins so that the upper flange is rotated onto the complimentary recessed feature. An aperture formed within the recessed feature of the lid's upper surface receives the engagement tab to securing the lid onto the body. Each hinged latch can also be rotated outwardly, away from the lid in order to disengage the engagement tab without deforming the lid.

    Abstract: A shower caddy with a knock down or telescoping frame is described. For shipment, on retailer shelves and while on display, the shower caddy can be maintained in a closed configuration. In this configuration, the total volume required for each unit is significantly less than when the frame is in an extended or open configuration, such as when configured for use. This leads to lower shipping costs because the volume required by plural units is reduced, lower storage costs because more units may be stored by a distributor or retailer as compared to a unitary item, and greater convenience to a consumer since the item is more easily transported to the home and may be more easily stored when not in use.

    Abstract: The purpose of the invention is to provide an improved lid for covering a trash can or other waste receptacle with a removable interior liner. The lid includes a collar which fits concentrically around at least a portion of an exterior surface of a body of the waste receptacle. The collar extends the length or diameter and depth of the lid such that when positioned over the opening of the trash can, the lid conceals at least a portion of the exterior surface of the body of the waste receptacle and at least a portion of the removable interior liner from exterior view. The invention may or may not use ribs within the interior frame of the lid to allow proper positioning of the lid over the opening of the trash can body.
