摘要: A rim for a bicycle wheel includes a radially inner portion disposed along an inner circumference of the rim. The rim also includes a first sidewall and a second sidewall spaced apart from the first sidewall. The first sidewall and the second sidewall extend radially outward from the radially inner portion. The first sidewall includes a layer of a composite material. The layer of the composite material includes fabric plies of the composite material that are shaped as strips. The composite material includes a matrix of a polymer-based material and fibers of a reinforcing material. The strips include a first strip and a second strip. The second strip is adjacent to the first strip within the layer of the composite material. The second strip is nonparallel to the first strip.

摘要: A wheel and a rim with weight reduction sockets are provided. The rim includes an inner flange, a middle portion and an outer flange, the inner flange, middle portion and outer flange are all annular and are connected end to end to form a cylindrical rim, in which the middle portion of the rim includes weight reduction sockets; and the weight reduction sockets are of regular hexagons, and are arranged adjacently on the outer side of the middle portion of the rim in the shape of a honeycomb. The weight of the hub is reduced by designing the weight reduction sockets in a specific shape for the outer rim of the hub and selecting the size of the weight reduction sockets.

The mutual concentric position of the centric disk (C) and the flywheel (A) is delimitated by planet disk (B) which contacts the periphery of the centric disk (C) and the internal periphery of the flywheel (A) and is joined rotatably to the supporting structure (T). The supporting structure (T) is fixed to the linked structure which fixes the supporting structure (T), together with the planet disk (B), against rotation with respect to the axis (S) of rotation. A first freewheel (V1) is situated between the shaft (H) and flywheel (A) and a second freewheel (V2) is situated between the shaft (H) and centric disc (C).
